I just experienced the WORST customer service in my life at this facility. The manager, RENEE SMITH, needs to take some Fred Pryor crash courses on Professionalism, Effective Communication and Management Success. Our company is within a mile of this facility and we use it on a regular to purchase breakfast for board/staff meetings and other office events; however, this will be the LAST time we use Krispy Kreme on 1st Avenue in Birmingham, AL. Ms. Smith, as a manager, and I use that term loosely, you dont use your cashier to handle MANAGER issues. Upon being notified of the concern that your cashier had with my order, you should have come to bat for her and cleared up the situation. Nonetheless, your lack of professionalism will be shared with every review board, Better Business Bureau, and corporate customer comment line that I can find. I will say thank you for allowing me to be tested and still come out victorious in the name of the Lord. Be blessed.

This has to be the worst Krispy Kreme location Ive ever known in my life. I come here once every couple months and at least half of the time they dont even have Donuts at the advertised opening time. This morning they only had regular glazed 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open and many other times theyve had everything but regular glazed at the same time. The quality of service varies widely but I cant imagine anything good ever really happening at this location until they sort out their distribution problems. I always look at the reviews for this location and wonder if the management forces employees to review it to bump up the ratings.

Worst experience ever. Went today 8/5 /16; paid for my glazed donuts and waited for them to bring them out, only for the cashier to tell me along with five other customers, that the manager said we could only get 6 glazed and the other six had to be assorted since they ran out of glaze . What the heck? You should not have taken my money if you did not have enough donuts available. To make matters worse you proceeded to offer me some COLD DONUTS. Really. The manager was even worse. He took his time coming out to give me my refund. No apology offered. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK to this location.

I went to Krispy Kreme this morning and has a wonderful experience with the manager, Mike, and his crew. I had a gift card on my phone but they could not figure out how to get it to work in the system, after being there for about ten minutes, with them calling another store, and not coming up with any answers, the manager apologized and comped the donuts knowing it wasnt my fault. I will definitely be back to this location, plus their hot sign is always on.

By far the worst experience at a krispy kreme ever. I stopped because the hot sign was on this morning only to receive some stiff over done donuts that werent even warm. They didnt taste fresh, they tasted like they were left over from the previous day and recooked this morning! AWFUL!

The worst Krispy Kreme ever! They didnt have glazed donuts today and told me it would be 2 hours before they make some more! I have been here several times and they are always lacking something lime products or utilities (power was out once). I am surprised they are still in business.

Place was very clean but the customer services was super bad. The young that was schedule in the morning was help to the customer at all. Also, the donuts were not hot at all but the light was on. The Rep didnt even set my expectations of the donuts not being hot.

They supposed to close at 11p.m, I pulled up to the drive through at exactly 9:24 & they were out of ORIGINAL GLAZED, chocolate, doughnut holes, & cream-filled saying they were about to close. I wanted rate 0 stars but that wasnt an option!!!!

This is the location that I remember going to as a child; it was the best back then and its still the best today! I drive out of my way to visit this Krispy Kreme location because the employees are so awesome!
