Ive never had a bad experience at this store. Never had bad customer service anywhere with this company. BUT! This store fixed an issue the store on the Pike didnt. I hadnt been receiving my husbands texts. ONLY his for weeks. The lady here took my phone and fixed it in 60 seconds. Carlisle pike sold my husband a phone and never looked at mine. Yes, we needed a new phone for him but it didnt fix the issue. Kudos to this store for always fixing our problems!
