I bought a pool from them 3 years ago. The contractor they sent out ruined my yard and did a horrible job on the installation. So bad, that American Sale made him redo it. It was still bad! Fast forward to today, Im paying over $1000 to have my liner replaced because the terrible installation led to the support banding coming up and cutting through the liner. Theyre nice people at the store, but DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLATION CONTRACTORS!!!!

Will not accept any credit cards if you have to swipe it. You have to have a chip on your card or to bad "come back when you have a credit card with a chip"
