Ordered some stuff on sale. Two weeks later I still didnt receive the product or an email. Only a confirmation for the products ordered. Noticed they charged my credit card so I called them up. They called me back 2 days later and told me they messed up and didnt have the product in stock anymore and would give me a refund. In the meantime all the other stores that had similar price on the sale products I missed out on. They need to get a better system for monitoring inventory. If I didnt call I would not have received the product or a refund. Im giving them 2 stars instead of one because the customer service was actually nice. However, I still havent received a refund so if I dont receive the refund within the next day or two I will be changing the review to one star.

Gander Mountain is 8-10 min closer, so I went there first for a specific item. I could not find it on the shelf. I positioned myself near several employees who were with other customers. I was never acknowledged, never a "will be with you shortly." I decided after 10 minutes to leave. Passed by 4 employees sitting under a tent near the front door. Never acknowledged there either. Drove to Woods and Water. Welcomed upon entering. Arriving at the gun counter, Blake asked, "What can we do for you today." He went in the back and got what I needed. Great service, quick. Friendly. I get great service EVERY time I go to W&W. They will always get my business.

Went there shopping for guns with my boyfriend and as we left we decided to take the long way around the parking lot to look at everything set up outside. A woman (who I assume was a manager/owner) pulled in front of us and blocked our car in. She then proceeded to accuse us of previously breaking in and started yelling at us that we were on camera and that the cops would find us. She was ridiculously rude and refused to believe we had done nothing. I will never buy anything from and Woods and Water establishment if that is the kind of people they place in management.

This place employees some of the dumbest people you will ever come across. Call them and ask them a question related to a certain department. Idiots! I called to ask a firearm question, got transferred to hunting. Hunting transferred me to fishing. The do have a firearms department, LOL. (With a cun-tree accent) Heeeeelllllooooooooowwwwwwwww? I thought I had called Slingblade! YeeeaaaSirrrr, I like muuuustuuuuurrrrdddd wit my biskits! Inbreed much???

I Literally hate this store. The archery department is horrible. There is never anyone in there and its like pulling teeth to get anyone to help you back there. Also, your phone number on here doesnt even work half the time. I really hope this store gets bought out by scheels all sports. That store is the best!!

LMAO YES! They need to hire new people! I called and asked if they had browning hunting jackets or whatever it was for my bf I really dont know much about it but when i got there she lead me to long sleeved shirts?? And then was like oh jackets?! yeah we dont have those... I was like you B word! lol

I generally enjoy shoe shopping here. This place has an enormous selection. All the available shoes are stacked in boxes, so you dont need to have anybody wait on you, which make for a faster shopping experience. They have good selections of shoes for less. Convenient location and helpful staff.

This place is Great! Ive done business there for 15 years and I am happy with the service and selection I have had here. They are not the cheapest on firearms, but every so often they will surprise you. They have a great clothing selection and usually eager-to-help employees.

Cool place, great view from atop The hill from where it is. They have hunting, fishing and sports equipment. Nice people and a newer very nice bldg, but theyre way to expensive in my opinion.
