We have been very pleased with the customer service of Sandy and Tony as well as Eric with maintenance to help out our family when our pump went out. It did not start out that way but when we bought our hot tub in Carol stream we were extremely excited. Recently we needed to have maintenance come out and look at it when scheduling an appointment it took a week for someone to call me back. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. However we reached out to corporate for some help and right away Sandy in Customer Service and Tony at Corporate bent over backwards to help us out. We do appreciate the consistency of keeping us in the loop via email with me and my husband and how fast and well they took care of us . Again we appreciate Sandy, Tony and of course Eric who changed out our pump. We are now loving our hot tub once again. Thank you!

We just purchased our first pool from American Sales in Orland Park. John walked us through all the pools and packages and made life very easy for us. Being a first time pool owner our knowledge is limited. On Saturday morning I attended a class and the Orland Park store. John, Rob, and Don Walked me through all the dos and donts of life with a pool. From the chemicals to the fliter and everything in between. The guys were more than helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer every question I had. If you have any questions about your pool and the upkeep by all means go see these guys.

Friendly staff; John was great, answered all of our questions and was patient with us. John was very knowledgeable about pools from manufacturing to installation. Competive pricing. Installer (Sergio) visited our home and was also very easy to talk to, helped us find the right spot for our pool and knew our our villlage ordinances. We look forward to the install of our 24 round pool in April. Overall, we did our research and found American Sale (Orland Park) to be the best all-around option for us and look forward to their continued first-rate service.

She gave me the price I needed and offered extra details about the product I was interested in AND answered any other questions or inquiries I had. Ive never dealt with this company in the past, but Ill definitely ask for Stephanie when I call next!

Outside of the sale prices on their end of the season Christmas items and their selection, they dont offer much. The staff is poorly trained, it took them 15 minutes to issue a gift card, having to reference a cheat sheet, issues with their credit card machine and an overall poor desire to service their customers.

I had a problem with the roof panels on a hard top gazebo we bought last year. Melissa was great to deal with in resolving the problem and quickly getting the service team to come out and replace the damaged panels. Overall, it was a very positive experience. American Sales stands behind their products!

I tried to call them and all I got was a voicemail recording telling me to leave a name and number and someone will get to me within 48 hours. 48 Hours?! who has time to wait for someone to call back! Why cant they just pick up the phone? This place sucks, never, and I mean NEVER shop there!!!!
