I purchased a pool in July 2016. American sales installed the pool three weeks later. After we filled the pool we noticed divots in the liner. We called American sales right away and they said our problem was with the installer that they had hired. Now 2017 they finally said they would do something about it. I was told by American sales to drain the pool and that they would be at our home on June 2nd 2017 to fix the divots in our pool lining. So I did as they said and drained the pool. I called them to confirm that they were coming and they assured me they would be at my house June 2nd. They said someone would be there between 4 and 6 PM on the night of June 2nd. Around 5 Pm I received a call from the installer and he told me he could not make it out to fix the divots in the liner on June 2nd the day I was assured was the day my pool would FINALLY be fixed. He then told me to fill the pool back up after I had just drained the pool on June 1st so it would be ready for their June 2nd arrival. He then told me he does not do the scheduling so he dont know when theyre going to fix my pool. So I called American sales and talked to the manager on duty Sue who said, "They dont work on Saturday so there is nothing she could do until Monday." So if anyone from American sales wants to actually fix my pool like I was promised here is my service #290119 . I advice others the be cautious when buying a pool from American Sales so you never have to go through what I am still going through! I will let you know if someone finally fixes our pool.

I recently (2-months ago) purchased an expensive hot tub from American sales. The tub was great until the heater broke. I called for service (under warranty) and was told it was the electric from my house. The electrician came and it was still the heater. I was told again it was not the hot tub but the electric, although no one ever checked the heater but the electrician I paid to come. Again my electrician returned and spoke directly with their service man. He had done every thing as they had required. Finally (after paying $550 to the electrician), their service man checked the heater and it had a major short. They finally replace the defective heater and stated that I should be happy they did and there is still something wrong with my electric. I think the least they should done is pay half the electricians bill.

I purchased a hot tub from American Sale in December 2015. Since having it installing, I have enjoyed relaxing in it almost nightly. I recently had concerns regarding the chemical balance and my inability to keep it level after the most recent drain/refill. The American Sale Team had availability to schedule an on-site inspection with their technician, Eric Lewis within a few days of my call. Eric was polite, on-time and very knowledgeable. Eric was able to verify that the water was balanced and put my mind at ease about any bacteria or mold concerns. Eric also advised how to simplify the chemical balance process which has been a huge time saver. Thank you to the American Sale Team and Eric for all your help! I look forward to returning for a play set for the yard soon!

I cannot say enough about the purchasing experience I had at American Sale. I tried purchasing my items online, and they never arrived. I cancelled that order and found that American Sale had exactly what I wanted. I was able to sit in it, and see the quality of the product I was purchasing. A breath of fresh air in this online shopping era. I purchased an entire dining and sectional set for my patio and everything was delivered perfectly and on time. When my ottoman did not make it on the truck the day of delivery, Krista, my salesperson, took care of it and delivered it the very next day. I loved the personal attention I received from Krista, and I absolutely loved being able to touch and feel the items before purchasing. I will always shop at American Sale.

We walked into American Sales expecting only to buy a replacement end table for our 20 year old deck furniture - we walked out with the most incredible entire new set of Winston deck furniture! We were extremely happy with the service (literally with a smile) we received dealing with Krista. She arranged for the set to be delivered the Friday before July 4th (thank you Krista!) although we live 100 miles away. Unfortunately, the wrong color legs had been packed and delivered so she quickly made arrangements to have the correct ones delivered (once again to Michigan). Heres where American Sales really shined - 2 of their guys made the 200 mile round trip again, took the incorrect legs off and put the new ones on - FREE! Simply super terrific service all around!

I went to American Sales to look at hot tubs not knowing anything about them. Rob Collins took the time to explain the different types (there are many), features and costs. Rob then asked us what was important to us and what we were looking to get from the tub. We ended up buying the Grandee NXT which is awesome. I did have a problem when I was hooking up the electric (I did it myself) and couldnt figure out what was wrong. I called Rob at the store on a Saturday morning, he came out to my house within 45 mins, figured out my mistake and helped me correct it. Never would of thought a sales person (manager) would come out to my house and help me let alone within 45 mins. Ill never go anywhere else but American sales and Rob! Thanks Rob!

After getting a new pool last year from American Sale we have noticed many divots in the pool liner. We have been trying to have them come out to fix the divots in the liner and they set up appointments and cancel them last minute. We had an appointment set for 6-2-17 between 4:00-6:00 and that we had to have our pool drained. They called us during the time of 5:00 pm on June 2nd. They later told us to fill up the pool on the same day Friday 6-2-17 and then redrain is for the Monday coming up 6-5-17, saying they would come and fix it then. Do not shop as this store when looking for a pool. Awful customer service and they will continue to cause hassle for your pool experience if you have any problems with your pool.

I went to American Sale in Orland Park looking for more information about The Big Green Egg because I was considering it as a gift for my husband for Fathers Day. Rob was very helpful and answered all of my questions about grills, smokers, and the Egg. He had great advice in regards to what size and accessories would suit our family. I ended up purchasing the large Big Green Egg for my husband. Rob made sure it was delivered and assembled in time for Fathers Day. We are very happy with our purchase and love using the product to make many meals.

I recently bought a Weber Genesis grill here, and I must say, they made it very easy and enjoyable. My salesman was Rob Collins, and he was very knowledgeable about all the different products that they sell, and helped me pick the one that best fit my needs. Once I knew what I wanted, I shopped around and their price couldnt be beaten. Their "white glove delivery" and assembly service was awesome. After talking with Rob and seeing all of the products they carry, I think Ill be back soon for a hot tub.
