Me and my wife went into American Sale in Bridgeview and Brian helped us out on purchasing a pool. At the time we werent 100% sure if we wanted an oval pool or a round pool. Brian helped us out and told us what would be better and what he would do to get more for your money. He is very knowledgeable and very patient as we had no idea what pool we wanted. He helped us with the different packages American sales have. We are VERY happy with our purchase! We have actually recommended friends and family that are interested in buying a pool this season to go and see brian. Thank you Brian!!!

Nothing but exceptional service at American Sales in Bridgeview. My wife and I looked at different options for pools and met Ryan and was sold that day. Ryan was knowledgable and patient with all of our questions. We purchased the end of June and our pool was installed mid- July without issue. If you are looking for a pool go see RYAN!!!!! The entire staff at this store is always smiling and very willing to help. Whether it be with my pool or patio inquiries, they always have the answers to my questions. If they dont have a certain item on hand(which is rare because they seem to have everything I need), they always know where to refer me. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family. Really nice store to buy stuff for christmas ...lots of different styling of lighting, tress, and ornaments for trees...I would say prices are kind of higher that other stores like menards or home depot but its worth it cause they all the new brand and styles ...After seasons they have lot of discount sales so thats the best time to but something new and cheaper...

Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to helping me decide on a hot tub! I had been shopping around all week, so all of the hot tubs were starting to look the same to me. Brian was very informative about the important aspects of the tub and I was finally able to choose one, and had it delivered just a few days later! What a great experience!

Cindy and Brian were absolutely wonderful. They were patient as we contemplated which spa would be the best fit for our family. We never felt any pressure even after deliberating for weeks. Cyndi was very accommodating and helpful for our purchase of a play set for the grandchild! Delivery arrangements were made promptly. Installers called with their approximate arrival time. They were on time, polite, and professional. Bottom line is swing is cute, sturdy, and granddaughter is enjoying it immensely!

Massive selection, inventory rotates with the seasons. Pretty expensive. Hit or miss on the employees ignoring you or being helpful. Pools in the summer, Christmas trees in the winter, etc.
