I walked in this store... And there was a man starring at me as if I shouldnt have walked into the store. Outside before walking in I placed a lilly that I picked onto a banister knowing that my gf would find it, who was behind me 60 yards. "Can I help you with something?" Thats how I knew he might have worked there... I said "no Im just looking around shopping etc.". Then he said " oh... OK.". As if i , again shouldnt be in the store. When my gf walked in... I mimiced him to show her the ridiculousness of what had happed. while shopping.... I was asked 5 times if I needed help. Each time I said "no im shopping... Looking around". I felt pressured and uncomfortable in the store.

Im a die-hard Patagonia fan (based on quality, service and the companys environmental stance) and have always been really happy with this location. It has great natural light and the store is big enough that the merchandise can easily be seen. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to customers. Ive been to a few local events here (wish theyd do more!) and I like that theyre doing the Worn Wear program. Great location for a great brand.

I cannot say enough great things about the products and staff at this store. I had an issue with a jacket and multiple team members worked to resolve the issue and followed up consistently with me. This is the type of service you almost never see in retail stores and motivates me to pay extra to buy items here instead of REI/Moosejaw/EMS. Cheers to Patagonia and its associates for actually caring about the customer!

Always a knowledgeable staff at Patagonia these guys really know their stuff. This is a straight retail location and Patagonias products are anything but cheap. However the commitment they make to sustainability and the environment is admirable and if you want a well made, durable, high end product from a company that stands behind everything they make youll be hard pressed to find a better brand then Patagonia.

The service was impeccable. Staff is extremely knowledgeable in their clothing, their different uses, and very kind. I love that the brand is ethical and doesnt cut corners. The clothing itself lasts years and can withstand the abuse of rock climbing, brutal winters and all the adventures during the lifespan of the product.

Awesome store with friendly staff. Didnt find quite was I was looking for (didnt fit) and the staff recommended similar brands and options to best meet my needs. I ended up finding another item I didnt think I needed but fell in love with. A little out of the way, but an awesome store.

I always go here for Husband gifts, the staff is very nice and helpful, I love Patagonias commitment to the environment. The clothing quality is top notch and they really listen to reviews and customers comments on size, patagonia clothing can last you for years!

They have a great clearance section if you come at the right time of year. You can get great stuff for half off. Saw Mike Dunleavy on the stairs at this store getting his swag on.
