AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! BUY BUY BABY MUCH BETTER!! Went to Babies R Us for my baby registry. I had an appointment at 10:00AM and the "consultant" was late. When she did arrive, there was NO apology or remorse but instead telling us that usually people come after 10. So I guess that makes it okay to be late to an appointment? Next, other employees were coming to the desk speaking about throwing up all night, NOT something a pregnant women wants to hear about any time much less at her baby registry. Nothing was really thoroughly explained to us. They handed us a booklet and in the booklet it says that Babies R Us provides consultants in case of any questions, well every time we had a question she was busy with other registries. I understand completely having other registries to deal with; however, do not advertise that you will have your personal consultant if you do not. Not to mention, I dont understand the purpose of an appointment if that is the case. At the end, we were trying to hand back our scanner and another employee took it from us and handed us the gift bag and said were done. We felt completely rushed out of there and like we were not important. Also, the next day, I wanted to log onto my registry to make a change and of course my email was entered wrong initially so I couldnt log on. After calling them, they said they couldnt help me and I had to call the 1-800 number. So the consultant messed it up but couldnt help me? I would be a lot more patient if she was on time and not having outside conversations as soon as she got there or maybe offered an apology! If I did not already print the invitations for our baby shower, I would have canceled and went to Buy Buy Baby. Their prices may be $1 or $2 higher; however, their customer service is GREAT (registered with Buy Buy Baby last August with my first child, she didnt make it so I was back again). They at least have employees working in EACH section so if you have any questions someone is always HAPPY and WILLING to help. Not to mention there is a personal consultant that walks with you throughout the store. Management seriously needs to review all of these complaints and take care of them. After all, the customers are the ones who give you your job security. AWFUL Experience.

Bathrooms were very messy during several of my visits here. I did a Baby registry but was never offered any help picking out items. The associate swapped my registry info with another familys info. Didnt have a variety of sizes for clothes on the rack. The products didnt have batteries so that you could test them. Buy Buy Baby has been 100% opposite of these negative experiences Ive had at babies r us. Thats where I shop for my baby needs and I love it!!! They always have someone nearby to help me when I have questions.

Same situation as the Toys R Us, mainly because they are connected. Well stocked, great deals abound, especially the clearance section. But, the bathroom is horrible especially if you have small children. And, the nursing room is on the creepy disgusting side. Try Buy Buy Baby for a cleaner bathroom and more high end merchandise.

Discussing bathrooms filled with poop, blood, and piss everywhere in all the stalls, i gagged when i walked in so gross, i was there a week ago and they were bad definitely not cleaned since then .super rude employees I wouldnt even give them one star

Clean store but almost all merchandise sold here is overpriced. Staff is hit or miss. Some nice, some not so much. If you can buy it elsewhere and save a few bucks, do it.

Big store and very nice inside. I was able to find everything I was looking for and sales associates were helpful when I couldnt find an item. The bathrooms were decent.
