Kim and Frederick have done great work for me. I have a couch that I bought and only had for about 2 months when my puppy at the time decided she wanted to chew up a portion of it. They fixed the couch twice. Then she she decided she wanted my ottoman. We changed it to a different material. She is now out of the chewing stage thank goodness. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they are all happy as well. If you need anything done this is the place to go. Very friendly people.

Set up an appointment for furniture to be picked up and no one showed. When I called the store, I was told they had forgotten to write down the appointment. Cant tell you about their repair skills but customer service is lacking.
