So have to admit I read the review below prior to going into the store and lowered my expectations. I am from New York so someone not talking to me in passing is ok lol. However, I was greeted when I walked in and was tracked down to explain to me the specials. I also had a nice guy show me around and give me ideas being I am new to sewing. So I believe this is the new management team and employees. So if you came in the past and loved the fabrics and just didnt like the attitudes head back over. I would have given a 5 but I was sad there was no fabric for clothes. But other than that I was happy with my visit.

They sell very high end interior designer fabrics at a discount (e.g. Kravett, Lee Jofa, Scalamandre) but just as you would expect if your getting 50% off of a very high end material it may still seem expensive -especially if you dont know the names, or are unaware of the quality. For me, it was hard to even find these brands in other stores, so I enjoy going there. its worth a visit to see and feel the designer fabrics.

I really wanted to like the store but the "Bargoons" were somewhat of a let down. There is a wide selection of household fabrics but you will pay top dollar for them. I found the same owl fabric that I wanted online for $40.00 less per yard. It is a great store to get ideas and you can find some beautiful materials but with a little time you can find the same product for a much more reasonable cost.

The Manager is an arrogant and condescending. He had advised me on the phone that he would work with me to return some fabric but once I made the long trip there, he acted as if Id ruined his day. The man needs to find another job that does not require customer interface. I will be sure to broadcast my unfortunate experience to friends and colleagues to spare them similar aggravation.

The manager looking guy is rude, impatient and loud, he shouldnt be in anything to do with customer service or sales. On the other hand the sales ladies are nice and helpful which is the only reason it makes the experience bearable. They do have a big selection which is worth looking at.

Worst customer service we have ever. We were in the store for approximately fifteen minutes. Two employees were at the store no hello, no welcome to the store. They talk to each other the whole time we were there. It is very unfortunate because the store has a lot to offer.

Horrible, hlorrible, horrible! The people seemed nice at first, come to find out they are very rude! Refused to help me with certain things. Lost my fabric after I paid for it! Just awful! I will never go back, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!

Nothing. No one even made eye contact while I looked at the fabrics. The place is torn up and the noise from workmens tools was deafening. Will never return to this dump.
