The store has a wide variety of fabrics, and for this reason I have to shop there almost on weekly basis. As a manufacturer, I do my very best to offer my clients all the assistance and support that they need, including taking them to this store to have them choosing the fabrics that they want to use for their orders. Unfortunately, the Nunez store owner and his staff, dont miss the opportunity to show them the store cusmoter service: Rudness, lack of care, disrespect, lack professionalism and consideration. They act as theyre doing the customers a favor, and the ones who are paying them. They make you wait, they ignore you when you ask for assistance, yell at you, and they make you feel like youre a burden. They even gossip about the clients as soon as they turn their backs. You feel like youre in a twilight zone, with a bunch of weirdos, who barely speak English, and expect you to understand Spanish " Cuban" My advice is: AVOID THAT STORE. GO NEXT DOOR OR TO THE ONE NEXT BLOCK. Thats what Ive decided to do from now on.

Very-very rude attitude. The old man was standing over me like I was stealing there. There was an employee in the back that was friendly but as I needed some fabrics from the front I had to look there. He talking to me very rudely in Spanish (and I dont speak it), then he started in English accusing me of looking too long and taking them out though i only took two from the very top at all others I saw looking by sqatting near them and looking only at the corners as they were on top of each other. That was so disrespectful. I havent been treated like that at the store for quite some time. Fabrics are nice, though you have to really build a wall around yourself not to be upset as you can be treated very bad. Hopefully it doesnt happen all the time.

Amazing store full of every fabric or pattern you could possibly imagine. The people a rule and completely unfriendly. Its a shame, really. If they werent so rude, theyd get a 5 star from me. Some people just arent nice...nothing you can do.

My family and I have been coming to this fabric store for years, we live about 4 hrs north and scti come down to get fabric here. The selection is fantastic and so are the prices. I highly recommend this store! NY has nothing on this place =)
