When I got home, I noticed that the "for sale" items I picked up marked 25%-50% off at the display were not discounted at checkout. So, if you are shopping, note which items should be discounted and check as these items are rung up! Very disappointing, and too far to go back to the store to have it corrected.

Nice and clean and organized, but VERY small. Good for general stuff, but if you need somethinf special youre better off going online or to a larger joanns. Staff was nice, except one woman who was too busy messing around with the shopping carts to help me. Otherwise a nice store.

The staff in unclear of what or where to find their own merchandise! I left after my second attempt to find items. I was told did you check here, did you check there. I finally said.."I dont work here"...Ill check Michaels thanks anyways.

Best JoAnn fabric EVER! Staff is actually friendly. First JoAnn fabric Ive ever encountered where the staff is friendly. Oh and they have a great assortment of items. Almost like a Michaels.
