Hired them to reupholster my Hummer H2. I got the vehicle back with damages to my passenger door, a obvious patch job on the drivers Im assuming they hoped I wouldnt see, garbage on the floor and my seat heater no longer working. Took the vehicle back the following Monday and complained. They replaced the upholstery on my driver seat eliminating the attempted patch job and they super glued the plastic they broke back together on my passenger door (very amateur like). Unfortunately they were not able to fix my heated seats and therefore I was forced to go to a third party. The third party had to flash my vehicles computer to get my heated seats to work properly. I took the bill for the repair back to Automotive Soft Trim and they disputed any compensation at all. This is a case in which I did not get the vehicle back in the same condition in which I left it plain and simple. They should have taken full responsibility for the repairs and did not I would not recommend Automotive Soft Trim to anyone. Sad thing is that I was a returning customer with referrals for future jobs. They did a decent job first go-round. Im absolutely beside myself that they handled things in the manner that they did.

Do we have to say im picky.? Doesnt every job have to be done right? Do you go to outback or red lobster and have to tell the guy, hey i want an awesome dinner. No; you expect that when you go there you get your money worth. Like the wise bill smith posted, this guys are a joke. Looks are deceiving. Really big shop, fancy wrapped up van and all. But My 6 year old daughter knows best. The forgot that some of us are not ignorant or dumb. We know how a product should look like. And after 3 times trying to fix it still looks horrible. Fabrics is fine., its that theyre attention to detail it doesnt exist. They even build the front seats typical, the forgot thats left and right., to swap the template and build them wrong or backwards. And theyre telling me that the old seat had that and i didnt notice. It looks like a frankenseat all patch up, zipped tie in the bottom. Really!!!. Im not happy with my product. And the worst thing is the shawn(owner) said: " well its an old car so you going to have to deal with it...". So if youre car its older than 2003 dont bother taking it over there. Its too old.

Ill be honest. I know my good friend is really picky. He doesnt say much. But I saw the work. I dont care if its cheap or not. You pay for a service well executed. I saw it. Its embarrasing that you really have to ASK for a quality job. Money is money. And knowing it took him 2 years to come up with that amount. Its really upsetting. That fabric it great but two details killed it. One look like a leg from an amputee wrap up with a jean. No offense to no one. And the other one look like you can tell its a patch up passengr seat made a driver seat. He was excited about it. Not anymore. He was even trying to get me to do my car. No siree. I rather go to miami and pay half and get it done right. You wont see me there. Oh, and specify that you want a good job. If not youll get an eye sore. Good thing he sold the car. This guys are a bunch of hipocrits. If i were you i go to school to learn how to do quality uphostery jobs. You still dont get the point. You ruin a mans car.

I have been working with Shawn for quite some time as well Eric before him. They have always been upfront and honest with me. The quality of work has always been good. If I have asked for cheap, that is what I got but when it needs to be RIGHT, I know it costs me more. That is just life. When you need a good job, just let them know up front and they will take care of them. If you need to get the job done cheap, and they will let you know what they can do for you.

Shawn & his crew do a fantastic job! Professional & prompt! Their attention to detail is unmatched! Ive taken 2 of my personal vehicles to Shawn for seat repairs & a leather steering wheel cover and Ive sent several friends as well. They were as impressed as I was with the quality work & craftsmanship that these guys put into each & every job! Wouldnt trust my vehicles to anyone else!

Best shop around hands down. Had some seat repairs done in my durango. Such great work & awesome staff! ! I was so pleased with their work & customer service, I brought my husbands truck to them for a seat repair & headliner to be replaced too. A beautiful job replacing headliner on 2010 VW. Looks like brand-new. Done in one day, couldnt be more pleased. Also noted that a man who came asking about replacing leather seat covers was given all the options, didnt try to sell him the more expensive choices. Absolutely your best choice for any auto interior work.
