These guys didnt offer me the promotion to get a free Samsung Galaxy for switching companies, so I unblocked my old cellphone to use it with Metro. I found out about the promotion they never mentioned a few days later, but they refused to give me the free phone because the enrollment to Metro was done... is this BS or what?!

This people are hiding the promotions that metro pcs offer to keep the free phones for them. If you find out, they say theres nothing them or metro pcs can do because you didnt get the deal when you switched companies. Dont come to this store.

They screwed me! I bought a phone from the place and they gave me incorrect info about the phone. When I found out I wanted to return it and was told I couldnt even get half of what I paid for the phone.
