There are two things that could of occurred: 1. the man who refused to give us his name either "forgot" to tape my package or 2. STOLE the contents of my package. On top of yelling at us when we were trying to locate the loss items! RUDE doesnt know how to treat customers with RESPECT! Will be taking this to corporate!
