We come here often coz their gallon of milk is cheap. But my experience yesterday from the Seafood Dept was the worst. July 4 at 9:30 am I called the store to order fish to fry to bring to our family potluck. Spoke to a guy (forgot his name) and ordered 4 pounds. I get a call from Mary (Seafood dept Manager) and told me that they only have 2 pounds of the fish I ordered. I said fine Ill still take it and I asked if she has all the details when I ordered earlier. She said yes and she said it will be ready by 5pm. I came to the store to pick it up at 5:10pm, went to the seafood dept, and spoke to Ryan or Bryan? and asked for my order, and he had no idea that there was an order for him to prepare. I asked for the store manager and Gabby was the store manager present, told her about my order and all she said was sorry about that. I hope corporate office find this review and do something about the staff here. This reflects management on how they run each department and how well they communicate or how their system works. I called the store today to file a complaint to the General Manager name Teresa but she was Off today. Teresa, please do something about how your store runs. Your store is newly renovated but its not running how its suppose to.

I ran in to exchange a coffee, was stopped outside of front door and stupid plain clothes theft prevention guy asked me to come back into the store (accusing me of theft). I went to cashier (I was in rush) and had her explain I Purchased it. What a terrible situation, a 20 something year old security guy who is not good at is job. I havent went back since. Ralphs needs to screen their employees better and be sure someone stole something before approaching them.

This is our closest grocery store. It is smaller than the average Ralphs and the selection is more limited. My biggest complaint is that I have asked the manager to carry Sunny D California Style flavor repeatedly and instead, they have completely stopped carrying it. Forcing us to go to the Vons further down the road. I have asked on at least 3 occasions and was promised that they would carry it again.

This store is across the street from my house and thats probably the only reason Ill still ever shop here. The lines in the evening are crazy long. Ive gone here on days around 6-7pm and theres only one line open with at least 8 people in line. What ever happened to "threes a crowd"? The weekend and holiday sales on meat cant be beat anywhere locally, however, but the service is downright aweful.

I am new to the area, but Im quickly discovering that there is something wrong with the grocery stores in the Sunland-Tujunga area. They all appear to be run-down, small, and overcrowded. As with ALL Ralphs in the LA area, the managers like to cut the margins thin and almost never have enough staff to run checkout. Translation: long lines.

I love this Ralphs when I work in SUNLAND. It is my "Go-To" with friendly service (Lisa, the manager is awesome, she always asks about my service dog and how everything is going). They always remember me and are always helpful and courteous. I shop here almost every day I am in Sunland (2-3 times a week)! :)

The walmart of grocery stores, this particular location is especially full of obnoxious white trash and illiterate "others". If waiting in long lines full of EBT losers amuses you, this is your store. As an added bonus, theres no selection or variety to confuse fragile minds.

Reasonably friendly people. Thats where the positive about this ENDS.Only game in town grocery store. Worst prices and even worse selection. But the staff make up for it. Ralphs is just flat-out way overpriced. - there is no value here - Even and especially when its on sale

No pan dulce!!! What grocery store has no pan dulce. Good thing though they accept EBT. I had a great cashier, she was the sweetest thing. I dont come here unless there are deals. Good thing my sister has a rewards card, so I got the discount. Again no pan dulce!! Tsk tsk...

Ive shopped at this Ralphs for 10 years. The staff there is always helpful. If there is anything I need they either get if for me or find someway to have it the next time I come in. When I have to shop for groceries I look forward to seeing them.

Its kinda creepy after dark (parkinglot), but the staff are very helpful and uplifting! Thats the reason I continue shopping there. I hate reward cards! Everyone should get the same deals weather they want junk mail or not. ;)

Better known to our family as "the ghetto Ralphs." Maybe the worst Ralphs in LA county. Weve routinely purchased expired, spoiled, and contaminated meat from this Ralphs. What a hassle to have to go return it.

Got to be one of the worst Ralphs Ive ever been to. Maybe its because its under construction but they have no selection hardly. Ralph used to have better deals than Vons but now its all the same
