Pésimo servicio ya no empacan la comida ay que empacarla uno al mismo tiempo mirar que estén cobrando lo que es y poniéndolo en el carro. En la area de comida ay que pagar lo que pides después te lo sirven como si fueras a salir corriendo con la comida Los carros bien malos Se nota que no quieren gastar en nada solo quieren ganar dinero Ultima ves que compro aquí Dan mejor servicio en la Northgate en la Soto y 4 !

I love the fact that its a market that serves the Latino community. What I see is they lack in customer skill they have no clue how to acknowledge there customers. They have the worst customer service skills ... Tip #1 Customers are always right , not the employees from Vallarta! 2nd tip invest some money to send your employees to seminars to touch up on theyre skills their facial expressions and their body language. Means a million things " Keep in mind if there where no customers coming into your store there would be no store. I give Ralphs, Albertsons and Vons !! so much credit for what they do to keep every customer happy :) sorry to have to say this but , overall they top Vallarta in customer service ! There cleanliness and not to mention there employees grooming is a plus ...

I have been to many Vallarta supermarkets before and never did they raise concern until I lived near store 25 (Whittier/Lorena). All stores are usually clean and their produce looks fresh. It has happened in two ocassions that we buy fish/meats that go bad the next day. Just as you walk into the store it is clearly different from all the other stores. It is dirty, poorly managed and it carries old products that are sitting on shelves for who knows how long. I myself, stopped shopping here from my last bad experience, but my parents continue to shop there because it is our neighborhoods grocery store. Vallartas corporate office really needs to look into this store and realize how this store is harming their image.

Its actually a lousy customer service, I did spend an awful experience every time I go and I pay for my purchases, because when I told them I shall keep my commanded as she took money from the bank my surprise when he arrives he had returned everything and late or why not 20 minutes !!
