On Friday, September 5th I visited the Copy Central located on 4th Street in San Rafael. This was the last time I will ever set foot in this business. I will never do personal or work related business with Copy Central ever again. I was appalled at the service I received today. The store closes at 8PM and I got there a good five minutes before they closed, needing to send a one page fax. The black girl who works there had already locked the door and did not want to open it. When she did, she asked if I would hurry up because she was closing in 3 minutes and still did not fully open the door for me. I said I just needed to send a fax and she just stood there, in the doorway. As I tried to get pass, she still just stood there and then complained when the wheels of the stroller ran over her toes. Then she audibly complained to whoever she was talking to on the phone about "people who get there when she wanted to close". I asked if she wanted me to leave and she just kept on talking on the phone, so I told her that that was not how to talk to customers. I never thought I would say this, but even Kinkos is better. And I HATE going to Kinkos. -Andrea Castro
