You will not be wow-ed with Customer Service. Not a lot of smiles and thank you going on. The staff does a good job.Very uniform. When the boss is there - he is consistently abrupt with his staff.

I love this ups store. Locals frequently come in to chat, get their mail or ship packages. Dana is usually always working and has a smile on his face. Go UPS!!!!!

They charge you 3.50$ to print a paper mailing label from their e-mail address, but itll cost you only 12 cents to make a copy from your phone and print it.
