The worst costumer service ever. They have a new assistant Manager Chelsea... Poor customer service, the worst attitude... She didnt know how to charge two roles of tape, with a company account number and gave me the biggest attitude because she didnt think I could have payed with my account #. I didnt want to pay out of pocket, so I asked her to find out from the other manager how to charge the account. Sure enough the other manager told her that it was possible to charge the account and she called me to the other register in a very rude way waving her hand without even looking at me. Bad bad attitude!!! Never had such a problem with Fedex in years using their service. I wont come back here...

I took a flash drive in with a 115 page document on it and a man named Adam helped me immediately. He asked all the right questions and took my order to make ten copies of it with front and back card-stock covers and drilled for three holes. He said he thought he could get them done the same day. Four hours later he called me at home and said they were ready. They were perfect and look great and the cost was surprisingly low. I will return there for my future printing needs. Adam was smart and efficient and seemed to be overseeing what all the other employees were doing and making the store run smoothly. A very good experience.

I could not find anyone who wanted to help me in this store. The employees seemed so busy playing on the computer that they were not at all interested in helping out the customers. Plus, the printers associated with the computers for hire were outstandingly frustrating....printing page 3 when the order was to print page 22. I felt like I was in a black hole - sucked in and slimed! Wont go back there. The store in Sausalito ranks ten stars so Ill just drive there from here on out.

IMPROVED SERVICE. Having used the Sausalito FedEx-Kinkos for several years, I was hesitant to try this one after the three bad reviews. I must say that the older gentleman who helped was courteous, knew the machines, and efficient. When I went to check out, a computer glitch caused quite a commotion (the stand near the door would not print receipts), but the young lady literally RAN to the back computer, printed the receipt, and RAN back. Id say...give it a try!

is any kinko supervisor or manager ever going to read those dreaful reviews !!! Unfortunately, I must agre that the kinko/fedex san rafael is the worst advertisement for the franchise. Horrible custumer service, rude employees, deficient computers, unbelievable wait to get served.. shall i go on ??? Pathetic ! Someone from Kinko should see to this situation, fire everyone in charge and start afresh with great campaign to recoup the customers that ran away. SAD.

I was left high and dry at the terra Linda location, so I called here and I was told "no problem, I can do it!"; this is what I want to hear from a place like this! I went in on 8/5/14 at 10:45 and I was packed and shipped (or made ready to ship) and all with a smile and not a single moan, groan or complaint. I cant remember the young mans name, but tall dark and handsome and a damn good employee, use this one as a model when hiring in the future!!!

Do NOT go to this place if you are not prepared to wait in line for a century before its your turn. And no there wasnt many customer, and 3 staff was on site, yet it still took them 40mins to ship my package. Apparently no one wanted to help the newbie who no nothing about the job and they dont mind to show their reluctance to help customers, either. Thank God I dont live there.

Judging by the other reviews, doesnt the manager think its a good idea to hire a whole new staff? Or is customer service not a Fedex thing? I just got off the phone with Susan, & when I asked her a question about where they do print on fabric, she replied with a snarky tone, "why dont you try going online?", okay Susan, I had already tried that, but thanks (:

This office has dramatically gone down hill. This week they did not complete 2 jobs by their agreed deadline. One job, posters, was completed, but the printing/lamination was so poor it had to be redone. In redoing the jobs they agreed to deliver the jobs, but also missed the delivery window.
