I have been a customer of the UPS store at the Camino Alto Center for three years and have never found the owner to be overly friendly but today took the cake. He was beyond rude and very belligerent towards me. So much so that customers in the store were apologizing for his behavior. I called another local Mill Valley mailbox service which I found to be considerably cheaper and with nicer ownership. They told me they had heard similar stories about the UPS Store owner and wasnt surprised. I advise potential customers to look elsewhere otherwise you might be changing your address shortly down the road.

This store is under new management. They have enacted new policies that nickle and dime their customers. I went in and needed a small piece of tape and the owner told me i needed to buy an entire roll of tape. Instead I needed to drive all the way home and tape the box to drive it back. If you have other options I suggest you go to a different location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great place to ship and receive packages and mail. The staff is always courteous and efficient when I visit. Just ensure that your packages are properly packaged before you arrive, as (with most shipping services) packaging supplies are not complimentary.

I just needed to seal a box. Every other store is free, no questions asked. Here they want $1 to put a piece of tape on a box. Ripoff. Go to store in Mill Valley down town. Much nicer store. Id give this zero stars but then I could not review it.

Ive used this UPS store a couple of times in the last month to ship packages. The service was very friendly and efficient - and this location has never seemed too crowded.
