Id like to thank Ryonet for trying to steal my money. I ordered ink early last week. Ryonet took my money & only shipped half of the order out. I never received a shipping confirmation. Half of my order arrived late last night. I contacted Ryonet today to try & find out where the rest of my order was & Im told that the ink I selected, ordered, charged & paid for was discontinued. The ink was still on the site, my card was charged & I received an order confirmation. At no point did Ryonet ever take the time to alert me that this product was discontinued. Im sitting here waiting for this ink to arrive in order to do a job & now Im screwed. How do you charge people for a product that you no longer carry? How do you not at the very least let the person (who was already charged for the product & shipping) that you no longer carry this product? How do you not take it off of the site at the very least? You would have been fine with just keeping my money if I never bothered contacting you. Also, BTW I love being treated like an "oversight" & like "stuff like this happens" when I spoke with the Ryonet rep. Real awesome customer service. It took over 30 mins to process my refund. How in 2016 does it take over 30 mins to process one refund? Im looking at my invoice now & it says that my ink is shipping from Washington. I guess maybe I should just wait? I will never buy from this company ever again.

I have used them in the past and had no issues. This time I needed my items in a rush, so I had "chatted" with one of their employees through their web chat, what the difference between "two day shipping" on the check out page for an up-charge of $80 was, versus on the product page, it stating "this item ships same day". Why pay extra for something to pay a day later than an item saying it shipped to same day? So in the web chat with THEIR employee, I asked if the up charge meant "overnight delivery". He said yes. Well he lied... I will give them props for eventually calling me after I emailed twice, but they did not take fault for the issue. I would have never paid the extra $$$ for a next day shipping. They offered up a promo code for $20 off. Extremely Frustrating and a waste of money.

Ive been working with Ryonet since 2010 as well as with other companies around the country for supplies for my screenprinting and embroidery business. Ryonets employees are some of my favorite people, and have gone out of their way to help me. I had a part on a 3 year old machine burn out, and they facilitated diagnosing the issue and overnighting a part to me the same day, and I was up and running the next day after they helped me install the part over the phone. Their service is honest, fast, and thorough. I hope they realize how wonderful their employees are and dont forget that they are instrumental in their blazing growth. Wow what a fantastic company! For any high school teachers who teach screen printing this is the company for you. I have been overwhelmed by the care, concern and unbelievable customer service Ryonet offers. For the beginners they did a great 2 day program where I went from a beginner to someone who had confidence when I left. The staff was so knowledgeable with years and years of screen printing behind them and all willing to share with us. I have been equally impressed with the level of customer service and the products I have purchased. They have been easy to use, to clean up and best of all great results. Great service- great prices. Ryonet Corporation has the best prices and service of any supply company Ive purchased from- (screenprinting or otherwise!) I ordered 6 screens- they were back-ordered on 1 of them but contacted me quickly to let me know they were shipping me the 5 that were available right away. The 1 remaining screen came soon after - and they paid the shipping for it. The website is very easy to order from and they were very helpful with all my questions. Its clear they are dedicated to their customers and are very service-oriented.

We use Ryonet for most of our screen printing needs. However, they are not perfect, and we do business at other places on the web also. The customer service is usually very good. Returns or damaged goods during shipping can be a problem at times, and they always want the proof. They have room for improvement, but we will continue to use them as long as we dont have any other problems.

Ryonet sells supplies that are sub-par at best. When theyre called out on it, they will absolutely refuse to take a return. Do yourself a favor, Google screen printing supplies and find someone else to get your supplies from. The customer service and products you receive from ANYWHERE else will be better than what you receive at Ryonet.

The customer service from Vince and Heather was AMAZING. We are new to screen printing, Vince knew everything and informed us of all our options for what we needed to make our services complete.
