Michael Steiner, I am sorry that your experience with us here at Roadrunner didnt go too well this last time. However, your story is missing a few KEY DETAILS. First, the original order was placed back in July, there was a miscommunication with our wholesaler who does RAISED INK business cards. You cards were mistakenly put for will call and when you came to pick up, we had to search where they were. In hopes to fix the situation, I myself (Samantha) had offered to deliver them to your office as soon as we received them via UPS. You declined at that time and rushed out of our office telling us to "call your office" with more information. Approximately, 15 minutes (OR LESS) after you left Roadrunner, I called your office and spoke with the receptionist. I asked to speak with you but you were unable to come to the phone and I relayed the message with your receptionist about your business cards being in our shop the NEXT DAY, letting her know we usually receive UPS at 3pm. Communication ended on August 3. On August 4th, I called Burien Medical Eye Care and talked with the receptionist yet again, I informed her that the business cards were now at Roadrunner. She said that youll be picking them up that day (Friday, August 4th before we close). We never saw you that day and nobody came in to pick up the business cards. So we closed over the weekend, and on Monday you stopped in to pick up your business cards. You told Roadrunner that you had forgot your wallet and will give us a call with payment once you get back to your office. You took the business cards and left. Never called to make a payment and we were unsuccessful in reaching you. On TUESDAY, AUGUST 8TH, I called your office around 1030am. I was transferred to the office manager who informed me you werent happy with the price and that you dont want the business cards. *THESE ARE CUSTOM ORDERED BUSINESS CARDS - RAISED INK AND DOUBLE SIDED ON GLOSSY STOCK. ORDERED 2000 QTY OF 2 DIFFERENT VERSIONS* I tried explaining to your office manager that you guys arent being charged any more than in the past. Actually the cost is cheaper, being $254 in 2012 and now it is only $237 for 2000 custom ordered cards. I also searched through our files and found the last FOUR ORDERS from Burien Medical Eye Care all reflecting the same, if not CHEAPER, pricing. OUR PRICES HERE AT ROADRUNNER HAVE NOT CHANGED. I printed our past invoices for Burien Medical Eye Care and went to their location in hopes of clearing up this miscommunication and to show we are not over charging. However, when I arrived I was told the office manager was out for a couple hours and Dr. Steiner would not return until next Thursday. I saw the boxes of business cards and told them if they werent going to pay, that we are needing them returned. I took them and left back to Roadrunner. Business and or pricing has not changed here at Roadrunner, we are still economical / quality products and strive to provide the highest customer service. Sometimes you cant win them all, but at least make sure to tell all of the details.

I had been doing business with the previous owner for about 30 years. When he sold the business, not only did the prices shoot up, but the customer service has been awful. I recently made an order that I was told would take 3 days. Instead, it took nearly a month. When I came to the shop after 3 weeks, I was rudely told that Id never ordered anything. Only after my insisting for several minutes did they find the order record that they had forgotten to follow up on. No apology: Only the owner blaming the company to which they sent the order. Five days later, I went to pick up the order and was, again, treated very rudely. No apology, and given an invoice of over $400. for four boxes (2000) of white paper business cards. Upon showing the invoice to my office manager, she phoned to inquire about the very high price. That resulted in the show owner coming to my office and grabbing our business cards off our counter; never even checking whether those were from the boxes that wed just had done! It didnt take long for my office manager to place orders for the identical cards with another shop where the people know how to speak to customers and the cost was about half.

I had an unusual request to have a form printed from a usb drive so I could sign it. I then needed the signed form scanned and saved to the same drive as another PDF so I could email I to my office. A very fetching woman named Rhonda helped and we were done in 5 minutes. She was friendly and very helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. The price was very reasonable. I will return in the future if Im certain she has not read this review because, well, that would just be embarrassing.

These girls are great! I emailed 6 copy/print shops, they are the only one that answered! I had my wedding invite questions; and they happily, quickly answered them all. Helped me figure out what I needed. I even left a few wedding invite envelopes with them; and they checked, measured and made sure everything was perfect. The blonde girl in there has the best attitude in the world, she gets 5 stars herself. Thanks guys!

Support a small, locally owned business! I work from home and, when I lived in Burien, did all of my faxing and photcopying at Roadrunner Print and Copy. Rhonda and Chief were always manning the store. They are friendly and helpful. They always recognized me when I came into the store. It is really nice to develop a personal relationship with staff because you can trust theyll take care of you.
