Frust Yup

I agree with the first review. The finishing manager only thinks about himself. He will make you work 12 hour shifts 12 days in a row ( also to include, most of the people in the finishing department make minimum wage). Instead of asking you if you could come in on your day off, he demands you do so. Same with if a job is not done he will tell you that you must stay till its done when it is past your shift. Instead of saying "I am sorry I have to schedule you guys such a crappy schedule", his response is "Read it and weep." Everyone one working there had a problem with the night site manager (he believes he is the most intelligent person working there and everyone is ignorant and here to be lazy and cause problems.) Now he is just a blur at the moment, right behind the Finishing manager. I have never worked anywhere that had every department in the building disliking one person and nothing to be done about it. If he was replaced (and the night manager), this company would not be so bad. They give out turkeys for thanks giving, hams for Christmas, Christmas bonuses, Christmas dinner and company picnic. Our production manager was nice enough to buy pizza for everyone that came in during the first day of snow and then shut down the plant for the weekend because of the weather and our safety. Of course the Finishing manager was upset, but nothing for him to do. Yes a lot of people make minimum wage here, but it would not be so bad if you were actually treated like a person.

Horrible place to work and horrible management! The butt kissers run the facility and hard workers are not valued!
