I ordered some copies and he Copy & Print Center. There was one person in front of me and one behind me, and three people working behind the desk. One only was assisting the customer ahead of me. The other two store agents were on there cellphones! When I said something, they said they thought I was with the lady ahead of me, offered me a bottle of water. Yea, well what about the guy behind me. Afterwards, searching for some office supplies, the guy who helped looked like he was in hurry to get out to lunch or away from me. I asked him where I could find so and so and he just told me "Iam not sure, somewhere alone the side wall?" and walked away. These store agents are very LAZY, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will find a new, print center. Never again this STAPLES!

A Private User

Ive been looking for a filing cabinet that Staples carries, but not in any of the stores nearby my house. I wanted to make sure it was what I wanted, so decided to drive 30 miles to this Staples to check it out. I called before I went to make sure they had it in stock. I was told they had three in stock, and knowing the caliber of help Staples employs, asked if that was "for sure", and they said they definitely had three in stock. Guess what, they didnt. Wasted an hour and a half in traffic getting there and got attitude from the help for them not having it in stock and saying they did. I was on the edge with Staples anyways, but never again.

Its a Staples. Its not like you dont know what to expect going in. Are their people going to be knowledgeable and helpful? Only if you are very lucky. You want knowledgeable and helpful go to an independent, if you can find one. Are the prices going to be good? Meh they are about the same as anywhere else. But at least you can get in and get out quickly (not including the copy center) and I guess Im used to every place going through their "join our club" bs nowadays so that doesnt bother me.

Went to pick up the new Nexus 7. Told the store manager that theres a $30 coupon code 41178. Asked if I have a rewards card or the coupon. I said no but showed him website after website (all from reputable sites) stating that the cashier simply needs to enter the coupon code. He wouldnt even read it. Wont call the HQ or anything...simply bad attitude. Im so glad customers have a way to share these experiences.

Nice place to pick up your Amazon purchases. Supposedly theyre going to sell 3-D printer supplies, but when I asked for a spool of 3mm PLA, they said they have nothing at all. Ditto a micro-HDMI extension cable. Ditto something else, I forget what. Not a great price to buy technology, even commodity stuff like 2TB SATA hard drives seem to be hard to get at a Staples sometimes.

This place is the worst place for getting any office supplies specially printing jobs. I ordered a simple brochure from them in Feb and received it in June. imagine that. after sending me somebody elses brochures whose business was in Texas (poor guy), and 10 follow ups or more in-store and on the phone my stuff got here on a wrong paper with a very low quality. I hate this store.

Great place to come print things! I came in to print some invitations and Lee at the printing area was helpful, kind, and quick! You can print at the self service area but I used her at the counter because I needed prints on card stock. Only downside is they took away the paper cutter so now you have to use their laser cutter at $2 a cut. Other than that it was buisness as usual.

I paid with a prepaid Visa card but when returning the product back to store they can only give me a Staple card. According to their policy - "Its important to keep your prepaid credit card until youre completely satisfied Hi with your purchase as we are required to process the refund to the original method of payment." Very disappointed.

Customers beware of this stores unwritten "discretionary" return policies. Store dont have to follow the advertised corporate return policy. There are common everyday items that are not returnable. Dont trust the cashiers or employees when they tell you that something is returnable. Ask for the written individual store policy.

Very organized, inventory is well kept, staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good sales. Best Staples Ive been to. The Manager Adrian walks the floor himself and provides the best service and accommodations. Highly recommend.

I always like the staples cashiers. They are very friendly and caring. And sometimes you can find great sale items here even cheaper than Target, like office supplies, lunch boxes and trash bags.
