Estoy de visita en Sunnyvale y hace un rato, concretamente a las 11,13 compré una afeitadora eléctrica por la que pagué 22, 82 con dinero en efectivo. Al llegar a casa, distante cinco minutos en coche, comprobé la facilidad con que se podía abrir y volver a cerrar el envase, sin precinto protector alguno, por lo que decidí devolverla pues no tenía garantía de que no hubiera sido abierto y usada por otro cliente. Simplemente por cuestión sanitaria. Regresé de inmediato a la tienda (mi tique de devolución es de las 11,56, después de esperar 20 minutos de cola y conseguir recuperar mi dinero) y pretendí la devolución del producto y el reintegro de mi dinero y por 22 miserables dólares, pagados en efectivo, se me exigió mi identificación. Pero es que el sujeto no se contentó con la mera identificación sino que, además se tomó varios minutos para anotar todos mis datos, como si yo fuera un delincuente que pretendía estafar varios miles de dólares. Me pareció tan humillante que es posible que en The Best Buy no vuelvan a verme comprando.

I normally dont shop at the store. But I was out looking for a DSLR camera or a camcorder to video the military services that theyre going to give my dad. So I wanted something that was really good that I could capture the scene and basically keep it forever. I never thought that I could afford a 4K video camcorder but when I stopped in at the store a very helpful salesman pointed out that one of the camcorders I was looking at was available and open box deal and it was in pristine condition. It was a 4K camcorder and it was $400 off because of the helpfulness of the store employee I was able to get something I never thought I could get. Not only that the stores much better looking than the one Im used to, more displays more things set up more fun things to play with basically. I give the store of the best rating you can get

Worst Customer Service. We found a wallet in the parking lot common to Best Buy and Petsmart. We went into Best Buy to seek help, if they can call out for the persons name as the wallet had a driver license. They took the wallet from us immediately, and after that were most rude as if I am committing some crime. I wanted to know what would be the steps they will take, as they refused to call out the name. All that person kept saying,- we will keep it in our safe. But I wanted to make sure that the wallet reaches the owner as soon as possible. Given their non-convincing attitude and approach, I do not think the owner will get his wallet back.

I recently wanted to trade my Xbox360 in for an XboxOne. Best Buy was advertising a trade in special so I made the trip over. The Geek Squad representative could not find the deal and tried to give me a trade in value of half of what BestBuy online was going to give. I looked up the deal on my phone and she called her manager over to finally work things out. During that entire time, I was treated very rudely like I was trying to sneak one over on BestBuy, when all I was asking for was what was advertised online. Next time Ill take my business to Amazon. Even with the discount, it wasnt worth the time and hassle.

Had worst customer experience, system designer Codey Borgers was not patient in explaining the policies but just outright plain rude when responding back including his body language. As a customer we may have many questions and its consumer rights to ask varied questions on product & price and sales representative are expected to respond without reacting but his response was rude and didnt seem to care much about customers. On taking the issue to Supervisor Paul Chu ;was not even able to understand the concern/issue and am not sure how is he the supervisor.

The Geek Squad is great and a big shout out to James. He was so patient and talked to my husband on the phone to work out some password complications. Besides James, there were two other Geek Squad guys working on 8/15 that were also really helpful and have been in the past. They were able to fix my daughters Iphone that had been run over by a car. They diagnosed the problem and repair was done in an hour. The employees at the Geek Squad have always been really helpful and nice to a person that struggles with technical challenges. Thanks Geek Squad!

Their sales people could do with a little more training. I like that theyre not pushy with trying to sell you something since they dont work on commission but product knowledge and basic customer service (ie greeting/acknowledging customers and offering help) varies widely. Also, some of their sections are not well maintained; I wanted to check out GPS systems and they only had out 3 units to compare, all of the same brand, with 12 other display slots empty. I find the store at Santana Row usually has more knowledgeable and personable employees.

We went to this store to buy a phone. The whole process was a disaster and took about 2nd hours to complete. The staff working there were poorly trained. I had to wait will they unsuccessfully tried to add a phone on an existing contract that took about 4 tries. It was one of my most frustrating experiences ever and Im not even sure they processed it correctly because the computer locked up before they could print the receipt. Next time Ill just buy the phone on Amazon again which was so pain free and effortless the last time.

Convenient Tech Ive frequented this store dozens of times. It is a clean, convenient alternative to the other large, local tech store. Although its visual appeal is excellent, and customer service is admirable, prices and consistency tend to lack a bit. While it is entirely possible to get cheaper tech online, service and returns are not so simple. Pros: Get the tech locally, repairs and returns are convenient. Cons: 20-50% higher cost, selection is limited.

Bought a display HP PC that was supposedly be like new and geek squad was keeping it overnight to clean up the disk and make sure the PC is working fine. Few days (less than a month) start getting blue screen randomly. Spoke with these Best Buy and they did bother to do any thing to correct the problem. On the scale of 1 to 10, rate them less than 2 (10 being the highest). These place is NOT so good to the customers.

Came to this location interested in purchasing a new camera and when I went in there was so many of them on display I was greeted by Macaela who was very friendly and helpful and she introduced me to Jeff who talked me through what each camera has to offer Jeff was very helpful and informative and made the experience easy I decided to go with the sony a6000 and I am in love it thank you Jeff!!!

Bought a few things there, prices arent the cheapest but its convenient. Had an issue with my latest tv purchase which was an open box, where it clearly said no damage. Turns out the footstand was scratched and theres a green pixel in the middle of the screen which is quite annoying. Disappointed that wasnt highlighted as an issue... Should have been much cheaper, or told about these defects.
