I purchased a Diva Ring Light with a 6 stand last year around February and let me tell ya I have used that thing all the time ! Im a makeup artist and its my favorite light to bring with me when I travel and also have in my studio. Its beyond easy to travel with and lightweight, but still very powerful ! Cant say enough good things about it ! When I purchased it, everyone at Dvestore was so friendly and everything came right on time with no troubles. Fast forward to a year and a half later, and unfortunately my house, studio, and everything in them flooded a couple of weeks ago in the flood in Denham Springs, and I lost everything. One of the things I was most devastated about were my lights, because I use them so much in my personal life and also for work. After we gutted the house and studio, I decided to send Dvestore an email to see if I could get a new one or a discount- really anything at this point. I really wasnt expecting anything to happen, in all honesty. But ! I received an email first thing Monday morning from Robert Nickerson with Dvestore, and the compassion, helpfulness, and genuine concern was out of this world. Not only is he sending me a brand new one, no questions asked, he was so genuine, which you dont really come by that a lot. He has been beyond helpful and definitely brought a lot of sunshine to my life ! I know it seems like such a simple thing to be worried about when everything else is gone as well, but I love my light and seriously use it all the time. I use it when Im getting dressed at night, in my studio and when I travel to ensure I have good lighting. I cant say thank you enough to Robert for being so compassionate and eager to help ! I am so happy I chose to go through them last February instead of places that sell their versions of the Diva Ring Light. Definitely a great company that I recommend to everyone ! Thank you times a million Robert with Dvestore !

In this day and age, buying video production gear normally means one of two things: Buying locally from a supplier that actually provides you with service but charges a significant premium for it OR buying from an online SuperStore after doing your own research and taking your chances. DVEStore is different. Guy Cochrane is VERY competitive with pricing (even compared against The Big Boys in New York!), takes the time to share his immense knowledge with his clients, even to the point of routinely posting gear reviews on the company website AND offers SUPERB customer service! Guy and his folks at DVEStore have earned as much of my business as they can support and if they ever become a Sony pro camera dealer, Ill give them THAT business as well. Seriously... customer service doesnt get any better than this! I drive 1.5 hours each direction and cross an international border to deal with Guy and his staff. That speaks volumes!

These guys are on it! I run a small production company in Los Angeles, CA. So as you can imagine, I have no shortage of places to get my gear from. I have ordered a couple of things from the DVeStores website and have to say that I find better deals and better customer service than most places here in Los Angeles can offer me. Even when I purchased a faulty piece of equipment they where right on it and without any questioning or hesitation made the return and "swap" of the unit so speedy and comfortable that I still managed to have a working unit by the time I had the shoot for which i ordered the original unit. Great guys, great variety of equipment and very professional and knowledgeable staff. Love this store, I will totally go visit the store when im up in washington.

When researching to find a partner to help us develop our new church video system, I discovered DVeStore. After a simple phone call describing our goals, one of their sales engineers, Jason Jenkins, took on our case. Jason provided expert advice and support throughout our entire build. He answered every question I had and worked with me as we figured out the best way to integrate our existing gear with new cameras, a switcher and other pieces that comprised a "full featured" system we are extremely happy with. I have bought a lot of tech gear over the years. Never have I worked with a company that worked so hard to make sure every challenge was reached and every goal was satisfied. In preparation for the purchase of a Roland V-1H Switcher (which regrettably I did not purchase from DVeStore) I watched Jason Jenkins YouTube video on the unit. When I encountered some format problems between the switcher and the Ninja2 recorder I desperately called Jason at the DVeStore. He graciously and expertly solved my problem. The reason I was desperate was I was leaving with the equipment for Cuba in three days. The problem had to be solved before we left and it was. Thank you Jason and DVeStore because of your efforts and personal attention the Cuba project was a complete success!!

They have the highest quality video and photography equipment I have seen. Difficult to find but enter on California street and go down towars the end of the building and park in the last few parking spots. Building is not marked from the outside.
