The worst customer services I have ever experiment. All of them are either do not care about their job or they really think they are genius and have really bad attitude. Well to make thing shorts, this bunch of incompetent employee make me come here 4 times because they arent able to write down my appoint and give me the correct times. They also dent my iPhone and refused to admit it is them. 1st appointment the person told me the wrong time. Even when I come early, he could just look in his iPad and check then he know the correct time. Instead make me wait a bit longer, and when I ask again, he say Im late and it have been Cancel. Seriously? I had to book a 2nd Appointment the next day early in the morning at 10am, and guess what? This person didnt even write my appointment down. I get there and say Im not in the system for an appointment. I had to book one there and waited 20 minutes. I finally get to see a Genius after this. I explains to him and he took my iPhone in the back without even telling me what he gonna do with it and even before I told him to be careful with it. When he came back he was able to remove the Sim Card Tray. I inspect it quickly which is a mistake since I should inspect it more carefully. But at this point, I just want to go home. I Thanks him and went home. After that I notice a Dent on my iPhone on the right corner that wasnt there. Got freak out and call them up. They said I need to setup an appointment for this. Here we go again. They say they dont have one until 3 days later, so I book that one. Came back here 3 days later, missed work yet again and confront them about this. Guess what? They did not write my appointment down and say Im not registered. Wow! Told him I need to see a Genius and I did make an appointment. Then he ask me whats the issue. I told him that they dent my iPhone when removing the sim tray plying the iPhone open. He just make a smirk on his face and told me "Apple dont open iPhone like that." I told him I never open this iPhone or drop it. Told me he cant do anything about it and got the nerved to tell me why wait 3 days to tell them about it. Point out the appointment is only available 3 days later. Told me once I leave the store, it is now my problem like Im lying. This is one of the rudest and snobbiest employee I have ever met. At this point I just gave up and said screwed it, I lost tons of money from missing work and waste too much of my times on this. I will never step my foot in this store ever again.

Greeter was friendly and quick, so at least that person deserves kudos. Technician, on the other hand, was awful. My phone is less than a year old and stopped connecting to my cell network all of a sudden. Figuring this was a SIM issue, I took the phone to Verizon first. There, I was told after much troubleshooting that my sim tray and hardware was slightly warped and theyd seen a ton of iPhone 7s with this exact issue in the store recently. They recommended I take it to Apple to swap it out since my phone is not cracked, scratched, or water damaged. I took this to Apple with high hopes having heard great things about their service in he past. I was greeted by Becca who looked like she was already pissed off at the world that day, so great start there. After waiting in line she asked what the issue was so i told her. Without even touching my phone or bothering to ask further questions she goes "thats physical damage caused by you we would charge $320 to replace". I then let her know that this issue is known not only to Verizon but is also noted in several articles online from several varying sources. No sympathy even, just a "we dont go off the internet here". LOL okay. Went to another store where they swapped it for free. Imagine that! Horrible service and attitude to boot. Phone is less than a year old AND under warranty. This is my first apple product and will be my last ever.

After hours of talking back and forth regarding a problem with texting with my new iphone 7 between AT&T and Apple, it was Apple and its employees that came out the best in customer service. Every time we talked with Apple on the phone they tried their best to resolve the issue and even apologized when they couldnt fix the problem. We went to AT&T and they kept pointing the finger at Apple and wouldnt do a thing to get to the root of the problem. At the Tukwila Apple store we were fortunate enough to have one of the Genius Techs named Laura (I hope that was her name) help us with our problem. We called AT&T four times with no resolve prior to going in to the Apple Store. They were absolutely no help! Laura could have shoved us out the door and told us it was a problem with AT&T, but instead she called AT&T and fixed the problem. It was AT&T that had screwed up not Apple! Its this kind of customer service that will keep us coming back to Apple every time. Only wish I could get out of my 2 year service contract with AT&T, but I will in two years and in the mean time tell others about my experience. I only regret not purchasing my phone from Apple at the Apple store. Wont make that mistake again!

First negative review I have ever given. Love apple have 7 apple devices between myself and spouse(9 if you count beats headphones), but come on and give some support. Came in with a simple problem but was told that no one could help. When Im the past I come in to buy people are more than capable of helping. They stay open late and close the door behind me just to make sure I get what I need. I have been there 1/2 after the mall was closed to finish things up but when I come in before you close but you can not help with 8 employees standing around. There where employees that where helping others but plenty clearly had nothing to do. It would have taken 3 minutes to solve this problem but I have to come back. It would have been so easy to make this great. Im not going to say that Im getting rid of all my apple stuff as I dont have the time to figure out what I would like better as a product. I will say that when I see something better or equal with good customer service I will likely leave to whatever that option is. This is the second time that I have been disappointed at this location, with this experience being much worse then the last time. Very sad about his whole thing.

I visited this store with a lightning cable issue with my iPhone on 05/04/14. An Asian guy standing near the gate asked me the reason for my visit and upon knowing he tried his best to fool me saying they can only address the issue if I have a receipt which I was not carrying. However, I recently visited Apple store at Bellevue and knowing that they can easily validate my device with serial no and receipt is not at all needed for a problem with device. Only when I pushed him really hard on this point he reluctantly handed me over to another person. This second guy was nice and prompt, he checked and replaced my cable. However, I have noticed lack of professionalism and courtesy in this store overall. There was actually NO ONE from store available near most displays to assist the customers. The customers were literally chasing the blue shirts with their queries. It was a Sunday evening with probably more number of customers to handle, but not sure how good it is on a weekday, at least Im not very hopeful on this store. If you have a choice, stay away from this store and visit the one at Bellevue Square Mall.
