This store is completely and utterly USELESS. First, not only did a crappy service small store knock out a small "mom & pop" business in Sandy, but it gave this useless store even more floor space. The employees and manager are incredibly rude and every time I HAVE to go in there as a last resort for my company, I watch other people get treated so terribly. So not only does the customer service absolutely suck, but the employees are the most knowledgeable Verizon people I have met. Every major Verizon store will basically tell you to NEVER go to these Cellular Plus stores because they know nothing. I couldnt even go in to the store to pay a personal bill because I had the mailer coupon that showed what I owed. They asked me to please call into Verizon to pay my bill. Also, every time I HAVE to use this store they have an excuse as to why they do not carry barley year old phone cases or accessories. I was told, "If you want to be able to purchase cases for your equipment, you should update it more. The phone you want a case for is almost 9 months old." I dont even need to explain why that statement is annoying and hardly a resolution to my problem. People of Sandy, save your time & patience and make the 15 minute drive and go to an ACTUAL Verizon store with knowledgeable and helpful people. Also, as a city you should go to a city meeting and vote against major business, especially knock off business like Verizon "Cellular Plus", that come in and push local businesses out of their leases so they eventually go out of business like the Sub Shop that used to occupy that store location.

I have never had such a horrible experience getting a phone and I have been a Verizon customer for over 13 years. It took 12 days to get my phone once I ordered it. I was told to follow the tracking online so I could come get it at the store when it arrived. When I showed up the told me it was not ready that they still needed to assign the phone to my account and that they would call me when it was ready. I called the next day to see if the had assigned it and they were rude and said they already told me they would call when it was ready. When I called Verizon they told me the phone is already assigned to me and that it should have been released to me that day and it really should have been delivered to my house not the store. I am not sure what games they are playing but I will NEVER go back to this store. Online ordering I get a phone in 2 days top. Ridiculous with horrible customer support with mixed messages and the treated like I am the idiot.....

Went In to upgrade my phone. The kid helping me was rude as he talked to me. Nothing but attitude asked him about the 49 dollar camera that was advertised when you get an s8 snapped at me said they never offered this. Asked about any other deals did not even look to see if they had any. Now why didnt I get the camera 2 people I know that bought same phoine paid 49 and got the 360 cam yes different Verizon store. His name was Brandon. A few weeks later went in to pay off another phoine o n my account and the employee tells me I cant do that with out upgrading. Did not offer to tell me I could go online or call customer service to pay phone off. Worst service i have ever had. I advise go to a different verizon.

We came to Verizon last weekend to have our phones set up, and Alex was awesome! He is a total professional while still being totally fun. He even lets you pick the music! He is also amazing at placing the screen protectors. This weekend there was some confusion regarding updates, but he got it all straightened out! Now my daughter has a new phone as well. It didnt even take that long. We had braced for a couple hour wait, but it didnt take long at all! If you want a new phone, go see Alex Johnson!!!!

I have to agree with the other one star review of this most worthless store. They have never helped me at all. I got a lot of looks like I was from Mars when I asked simple questions they should have been able to answer. I live up in the mountains and it takes me about 20 minutes to drive into Sandy. Now Im going to have to drive into Gresham or Troutdale to get to a decent store. Verizon should restock this store with people who care and know whats going on.

I had an excellent experience at this location today! JAIROD was exceptionally helpful at getting me through making changes to my plan, upgrading my phone, transferring and backing up my new phone, and answering every question I had. He was very thorough and made sure I understood the entire process and was very friendly. It was the absolute best service I have ever had at a Verizon retailer and I will be back for sure!

Went there yesterday an hour before I had to go work a double. I drove 45 minutes there, waited 30 minutes. Both employees were busy. Two couples came in the door ten minutes after me and one of the employees helped one of the couples before me even though I was there ten minutes prior to them being there. My phone keeps shutting off. My contract with them ends in less than two weeks so Im done.

Went in to buy a couple of jetpacks with unlimited data plans for a local emergency...knowing we needed them ASAP, they told us in order to sell them to us we had to purchase a Samsung Galaxy tablet. ??? Called Verizon and had the jetpacks shipped overnight. Process took 5 minutes. I wouldnt recommend going to this store unless you like dealing with used car salesmen. Classy outfit.

My experience at the Verizon Retail Store in Sandy Oregon was exceptional. My service representatives helped me with all my questions and insured a smooth transition between my phones. It was a little bit of a slow process do to them training new representatives but I didnt mind helping out with the training process. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Grant was awesome.. MY PHONE HAD ISSUES....he was able to trouble shoot the problem and replace the sim . He also helped me with how to speed up my phone and storage by adding a memory card. His patience was incredible and I hope that in the future if I need help in the west side of the mountain, I would ask for Grant.

All the customer service problems have been addressed at the Sandy Verizon Store with a new staff and my experience with Jarrod today getting my first iPhone was just great. Even though he was the only one on duty when I was there, he gave me his complete attention setting me up with my new phone. I am very pleased.

Walked in to just change the device on my line and was quickly helped by, Cassidy, she said she was new but she really knew her stuff for being so new. No hiccups with the process and she was speedy about it as I did have a time restriction and she respected that greatly. She provided substantial customer service.
