Where to begin... *Consistently out of stock of items that are listed as "in stock" online, with no effort to determine when the product will be back in stock *Sales associates who spend more time attempting to upsell crappy consumer electronics (cell phones, overpriced bluetooth speakers, etc) than solving the problem at hand *Sales associates who sell you the wrong product Overall, a pretty poor showing. Im ashamed to have worked in the past in a store that is under the same franchise name as this one.

I am absolutely horrified and disgusted with this RadioShack location. I called 10 minutes ago saying I need to come in and get a component video cable and Im on my way I arrive literally 10 minutes later to find that the RadioShack employee has gone out to enjoy dinner and the sprint employee on the other side of the store cannot ring me up
