I had accidental damage on my MacBook Pro 13" Retina display. I made an appointment and was immediately helped by a gentleman who was kind, but didnt really know what he was doing. He identified the problem straight away, but then was unsure about how to fix it. I had to keep making sure he was checking the right prices because the first price he gave me was $650 and then I asked him if that was for retina and he had to check again (the Retina display he said was going to be $750). Seeing as though this was a lot of money, I decided to hold off and get a second opinion at the Apple Store later that same day. The technician at the Genius Bar said it would be $475(+tax) to replace the Retina display, and he said these Apple authorized places hike up the price. Because I felt as though the guy at simply mac didnt know what he was doing (he was very nice, however), and because the prices are so much higher for the same service, I probably will never be going back here.

Moved to the Eastside and discovered Microsoft country. Found the Apple store in Bellevue Square while shopping, took my ancient MacBookPro laptop in for help. They spent awhile checking it and directed me to "...any Mac Store can fix it...but I recommend Redmond". I thought, "Where is Redmond?" and my iPhone5 read my mind and Siri directed me. Sorta. And it was SOOO well worth the adventure! They were very clear in explaining their procedures, options, pricing and timelines. AND they were correcting the "machinations" (cant call it work) of a so low Mac Repair shop in Bvue. Long story short: They did EXACTLY what I requested AND MORE for less than the original quote. My workhorse works like new. Any Apple products I have that may ever need work ONLY goes there! Thanks guys! James Locklear

By far, some of the worst customer experience I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Strolled into the store with a few questions, their were two customers in the store (another person and, myself), was not greeted with any service. So i decided to approach the front desk and ask the employee, who was blankly staring into his computer monitor, if they repaired broken iphone screens, to which i get a reply of "no," and no further help.

Absolutely outstanding experience! I have used Simply Mac in Redmond Town Center several times, and they are professional, friendly, highly skilled, and very patient with someone who is less than knowledgeable of the Apple product line. On each occasion, all problems (typically user-caused) have been handled quickly. I highly recommend them for any and all support work for the iPad!

Very knowledgeable and helpful technical staff. They have maintained our corporate laptops and always return them ready to go. We have had to wait sometimes with appointment but generally can drop off and they will be ready when we return. In store staff is helpful at recommending the best price/performance solution for our needs. Highly recommend for corporate customers.

After scheduling an appointment and calling to confirm and make sure the appointment was needed for my computer issue, I showed up and was told to wait 15 minutes. This became 20. Why have appointments if youre going to be blown off for walk-ins? In the end, I received the technical service I needed, but the customer service and appointment process should be improved.

My late 2009 iMac hard drive was broken and apple store said they do not fix such an old machine. Simply Mac took care of it and upgrade my old 3.5 SATA HD to solid state HD. They said usually the turnaround time is 5-7 business days but I got my iMac back in 1 day! Very impressive with the service (only spend less then $300 to get my iMac back to life)!

fantastic store! i would recommend getting here right when it opens as it can be a mad house by mid afternoon. regardless of crowds though, ive always been helped right away. i love the portability of the employees and am able to purchase a product 2 seconds after i pull it off the shelf, instead of waiting in a long line. great product, great store.

Mid-crisis I took my brand new MacbookPro to the Redmond Mac Store and couldnt be happier with the service I got from Ryan at the Service/Help desk in the back. Im not one to write many online reviews as I understand that everyone has different needs and Im sure many people have walked out of there upset but Id refer just about anyone there.

I went to the store to look for a few things. It was 10 minutes before closing for the day. The sales person was very cold. Instead of asking me what I need, he told me I should leave since they are closing. I looked at some of them and no one seems happy on their face. Come on. If you dont like to do the job, find somehting else to do.

My old iMac video card blew up and they dont make the part anymore to fix it but these guys helped me out by selling me a great used iMac at a low cost that made it very hard to pass up. I am very happy with it after a month of daily use. Glad I found them. Go to these guys, not the store near UW.

I ordered 2 ipads, just felt it would be easier for me to pick them up from the store because I work at a neighboring store. 1 month has passed and they told me I would recieve them in two weeks. Apple offerd to get the same products from their website in a week!!!

This store has provided me with an experience that I did not know possible. The sales people will go out of their way to make your experience difficult. If you need something in the store, no matter how vital, it would be better to just go without it.

Over priced and cocky. Rep said they like to think their ram at double the price is better than the competition. Poor customer service, drove 20 miles for specific ram and rep tried selling me something different.

When have you ever known a brick and mortar retailer to match online prices? Some people have unrealistic expectations when it comes to these places. My experience was awesome and I recommend them to everybody.
