I bought a used 2007 Ford Edge from Stevens creek pre-owned at August 15th 2016 for $9607 with tax. Not even two weeks later I had a problem with the acceleration. I had it checked out, the shop said I have to replace the water pump inside the engine, and it will cost me $1300. Im a college student, I dont have that much money laying around, especially right after buying a car. So I call Stevens Creek Pre-owned, and they only agreed to pay 300 out of 1300 and I have to pay the rest of 1000. I called them the second day asking them if they can cover more, since it breaks after barely two weeks after my purchase. They were very cooperative and willing to negotiate. They said they only make $700 off my car, if they pay anymore than $300 then they wont make a good profit. I initially gave them a 1 star rating because of the condition of the car. 20 minutes after posting the review they called me back and will to throw in another $200 for the repair. After thinking about it, I decide to take the offer, and move the rating to 3 stars. Because their attitude is very good, didnt give me a hard time at all, and willing to negotiate. But the car broke down in just two weeks is a fact. It has hurt me financially and ruined my road trip. Highly recommend to inspect the cars at a auto repair first before your purchase.

I bought my car from Stevens Creek Pre Owned a little over a year ago and its been my best car to date. The sales associates are extremely friendly and its one of the few places I shopped that I didnt feal like I was getting the run around. My 2003 Honda Accord is running beautifully and I couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!
