Went here today to exchange palettes and the manager here Jenna Lee was so rude and snobby, kept repeating the same thing I actually had to say (yes I heard you the first time) trying to move on! And they wouldnt let me exchange because they were holiday items, so rude! Bad customer service! And Ive spent hundreds at sephora SMH

This sephora never has anything. Its always understocked on their best selling products. Every time I come I can never find what Im looking for. Dont bother coming here better go with a sephora store.

The Sephora staff are always friendly and helpful. They help me pick out exactly what I need quickly. The products are a little pricy but good quality. Their free samples are my favorites. :)
