After 30 years of acne and overly oily, skin I have finally found a makeup and skin care regimen that really works. Last November I walked into Merle Norman in Anthem to get my makeup done for a wedding I was in and came out a complete believer in the quality of the products and the benefits of using Merle Norman makeup and skin care products on my troubled skin. The owner asked me a series of questions regarding my skin then only recommended products that would improve my skins appearance. She gave me many samples to try. After only one week of using her products I was back again begging for more. Whats great about the Anthem Merle Norman is its close to my home, I always receive personalized service and the store is well organized and clean.

Poor customer service overall. Went with my mother and the owner had no respect for her. The owner was very sour and bitter. The owner was also dressed the opposite of appropriate. Will not be coming back again. Anthem should work on being kind to their customers...
