The last time I was there (July 31, 2017) two separate employees managed to screw up two separate things about my ONE purchase. The first employee couldnt manage to find the correct perfumes that I had vouchers for (which I already paid for from a previous online purchase) and those vouchers clearly stated EXACTLY what perfume I chose, she just had to find them in the store and give them to me. Not only did she take 20 minutes to locate just 3 perfumes in the small perfume section of the store, she gave me two wrong perfumes, which she put in my basket. I didnt think to check them to see if they were the correct perfumes, because I assumed she was capable of doing her simple job, but I definitely wont make that mistake again. Then... When I give my basket to the second employee who checked me out, he charged me for the 2 perfumes that I had the vouchers for (which again, the vouchers clearly stated the exact perfume I chose), because of the previous employees mistake. But, he obviously didnt notice that I had 3 vouchers but only one voucher was actually accepted by the register, which I couldnt see on my end. Again, I mistakenly thought that the employees were capable of doing thier simple job correctly. But after I left the store, I thought that the total was a little high so I checked the receipt and I was charged for the perfumes that I had the previously paid vouchers for. Luckily, I didnt leave the parking spot yet and I go back in and they reimburse me and I thought everything was good now... WRONG. When I got home and checked out my new stuff I realized that the first employee gave me a roller ball size of the perfume when I gave them a full sized perfume voucher for. Which again the voucher clearly states. Theres a $40 difference between the voucher price and the roller ball price. So now I have to go back to the store to get the full size perfume and not lose the $40 THAT I ALREADY PAID SEPHORA. Apparently reading comprehension isnt a strong suit with the sephora employees at this store. The only reason I will go back to that store is to get the correct perfume that I already paid for, because of their mistakes (plural), but Im NEVER going there again after they correct the mistake! Ridiculous!

To be honest with you, I dont like the feel of this Sephora location. The set up of the store is fantastic. Everything is laid out well and is pretty easy to find. However, its the employees that ruin the experience for me. I always feel like Im unwelcome and a nuisance. I have very few memories of going to this store and being pleased with the customer service. Ive just left with four foundation samples from this location. The employee seemed very unhappy to be helping me the whole time. She didnt bother to color match me, and so I had to do it myself when I got home. I had throw out three of the four samples. None of them were even close to my skin tone, and because I am so pale, the line simply doesnt carry my color. I wish she had taken the time to ask about my needs because not only were three of the four the complete wrong shade, but the only one that did match was a finish I dont like. When I saw her making the sample I mentioned that I did not want it because I dont want a matte foundation. She gave it to me anyway and now its the only foundation I have that matches and I absolutely hate the way it looks. I would completely recommend going to the Fashion Square location because their customer service is fantastic and they are always helpful and welcoming.

I have very limited knowledge about make up and the vast variety of products out there. I have searched for undereye concealer to body scrub. The girls who work there are super knowledgeable and have never ever steered me wrong. They can tell you about the pros and cons of each product and they are even pretty up to date on the reviews of the product so you can gauge how others felt about the product. I love it that they give you a completely objective look at the product and they are not super pushy about what and how much you buy. A small down side is that Ive had my make up done a few times there. I want kind of a more natural look and they always go heavy on the make up. But honestly, I have yet to find a place that sells make up and doesnt go heavy on the application. A teeny little plus is that when they have a long line, they have a little credit card machine so you can make your purchase in a jiffy. All about the customer! Four stars and I would definitely go back.

It seems like the staff here has taken some of the former reviews to heart as I had a fantastic experience at this location. I am still very new to the "world of makeup" and am always feel a little lost going into makeup stores. The people who helped me were wonderful. I worked with a lovely individual, Gabby, who walked me through finding a good foundation (she gave me a ton of samples to find one that I liked best)! Gabby also helped me find the right shade for my eyebrows and gave me some awesome tips on how to use everything. I was really impressed and walked out of there feeling much more confident. So far Ive loved every product Ive purchased that day!

The staff at this Sephora are not very friendly, and dont seem inclined to want to help answer any questions or point you in the right direction when looking for something. They treat you like a nuisance when you approach then with a question. Id much rather go out of my way to a different Sephora, then to one that is close by, but unhelpful and impolite.

This Sephora is a large store, while one story it is a bit cramped when it comes to isle space. However once you maneuver inside the employees are attentive and very helpful. Even for someone like me with little makeup knowledge who just wants clear skin and a little spa treatment now and then.

The staff was awesome! Sam helped me find a foundation that fits me perfectly. Until now, I kept searching for a foundation suitable for my skin tone and type. It was a little busy and crammed, but overall it was an excellent experience! Thank you! :)
