WORST MISTAKE EVER! I had made an appointment to get my hair and make up done there for my senior prom. The so called "Professionals" couldnt even do a basic cat eye. They had to call 4 different ladies to try. They use the tester make up on customers. Who knows how many people stick their fingers in the make up. The foundation they used was way darker than my natural skin color; my eye shadow made me look like i had been punched in my eyes. My face started getting irritated because of how many times they had put on and off eyeliner. And they didnt bother to define my eyebrows or blush or lipstick. I had to keep reminding them what they had missed on my face. I didnt ask for much. just a classic cat eye red lipstick look. I could have done a better job with my hair, i asked for big curls. and they used a 1/2 inch curling iron and then combed out the curls. Therefore making my hair look all poofy. sorta like an afro. Seriously. NO PROFESSIONALS what so ever. i was very disappointed. I do not recommend this place. the ladies/girls are fresh out of beauty school. they dont know what they are doing. all they do is chit chat and get help every 5 minutes from their manager.

I would give it less than one star if there was an option!! I had an appointment with Dolores and she totally ruined my hair! I had a Kera-Straight put in my hair and she did highlights as well two days later & she left chemicals in too long resulting in burnt off my hair one inch from my scalp & had massive breakage on right side of my head & along the frame of my face.and Ive got pictures to prove it also after color she did not clean off the color that was left around my ears. She did very messy job and I have pictures of that too. My appointment was early in the afternoon didnt leave till two hours after closing and when we did she literally ran to her car so I couldnt ask her what was going on and had the nerve ask me to come back the next day so she can finish up the job!!! My hair was just below my shoulder and now I have chin length hair she does not know what shes doing ! Be warned do not go to Dolores... I will never go again she does not know what shes doing and come to find out they get paid on commission for the services that they do so the more services the more she will get paid thats why she keeps adding on more!

I havent cut my hair in a salon in over 18 years. I decided on 3/12/15 to make an appointment at this store since its close to my work. They called me three times 3/13/15 while I was working. The first call was to confirm my appointment (per voice mail), and the third call I finally answered and the girl stated they wanted to cancel my appointment due to overbooking. NEVER AGAIN ULTA! I am not sure how you run a business, but losing customers isnt going to keep you open for long. I should have learned my lesson when they sent my daughter home with conditioner in her hair after paying sixty dollars for a haircut which they didnt finish. Whats going on ULTA? STUPID ME I WENT IN THERE AGAIN! I went in the store to look for a makeup palette because I was feeling ill and didnt feel good enough to drive all the way to Sephora. Of course it showed in stock online but they didnt and havent had any in the store for a while. Not only that the customer service here is still horrible and the store is filthy.

I absolutely love this Ulta. I was shopping in retail for shampoo and was approached by a stylist named Kamille with her card of new promotions going on. This was in March 2017. I gave her a chance and decided to do a hair appointment right then and there because of how open, knowledgeable, and comfortable she was. I trusted her with my hair which is hard for me to do since my mom used to own a salon and dont usually expand my horizons. I absolutely loved my hair color and style. I called back to the salon and rescheduled another appointment with Kamille. She is now doing my hair for my wedding which explains how wonderful and trustworthy she really is. The retail girls that work up front have been so nice and sweet to me since I started coming here. I remember a year ago I came and had terrible service, but I can see there has been a switch with the employees. Better service all around!!! Make an appointment with Kamille. She really is the best!!!

I frequently shop at this location because its close to home. Usually when I go in I get the best service and have friendly chats with the sales associates. But the last time I went in I was checking out with Hannah, the assistant manager on duty. I should her a coupon for a free makeup, she turned her back to grab and a tone said "Im going to need that coupon." I told her "Im brightening my screen for you to see it." No comment from her until it was time to for me to pay. She to me the amount and I asked "Does your chip reader work?" In a snappy tone Hannah had replied "I can only do so much at once!" Then rolled her eyes at me, like I was stupid or something. I get retail because I work retail but you dont need to be rude to a customer who is being patient with you and the line you had. Very poor customer service to say the least. Never been treated like that while I was there before.

The blonde lady doing my eyebrows, recommended the wrong color to me. Afterwards, I discussed the different color options with my sister and she assumed we were stealing .. all we were doing was looking around?? She kept pressuring us and then she wanted the shopping bag to go up to the counter? Why? All I had was my wallet? What am I gonna put in there? Besides thats so disrespectful of her! Then she kept watching us like we were criminals! My sisters and I were just trying to have a fun day testing out makeup. Afterwards I was ready to cash out and pay for our products and the front desk ladies( Siena) told me to hold on because they were having a conversation with the blonde lady.. I never felt so disrespected.. first and last time I will ever be coming here.. all in all horrible service!

I am feeling fabulous today thanks to my amazing stylist, Lizzy! I went in for a haircut and style for the first time here, and I left completely satisfied and impressed by her work and expertise (15+ years of experience!). After having two terrible haircuts somewhere else, I decided to give this place a try and I am so pleased that I did. The online booking was so simple to use too and I am immensely grateful that it connected me with her. She was simply a sweetheart and she listened intently to my requests and offered her helpful insight, as well. In the end, my hair feels great and healthy and I couldnt be any happier. The entire experience was just very relaxing and amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Thanks, Lizzy!
