My wife and I came to this store so she may return some cosmetics that didnt work out for. Which were recommended by an employee. But it just didnt end up complying to her skin. As my wife asks one of the employees to assist her the employee was kind and seemed very pleased to help my wife (customer), but as soon as my wife mentioned that shed like to return some items. The employees attitude and personality changed! She went from being nice to WTF. All because my wife wanted to return the cosmetics that didnt work out. Even as my wife tried to explain why the cosmetics didnt comply with her. The employer was very rude! Making faces and talking with a tone an employee shouldnt approach a customer. As the employee tried to be defensive over why the product didnt comply to my wife. Even after wanting to return the items the employee began mumbling and conversing to the other employees the same thing. Although she tried to keep it low profile my wife could still hear her talking being disrespectful talking about my wife. As a former Manager for a Food Industry Customer Service is a major part of business!! And the way these so called Sephora Employers behavior was presented is totally unlawfully like (metaphorically speaking). Ill definitely not recommend anyone attend this place to others. Im sure the same employee talked the same way about other customers without them knowing. Its even more sad because if these employees are like that. It just boggles the mind about Others from different Sephora retailers. Pathetic.

I usually buy my make-up from this Sephora location, but this past visit was something else. One of the employees said I was trying on "too much product" and that I cant be putting on a "full face of makeup"...when I already came in with a face of make up. I was simply using some highlighter, and eye liner. All in all, I was experimenting like every other customer at Sephora, and she had to pick on me and made me feel awful. NO BODY, especially CUSTOMERS deserves to be treated this way. Oh and she persisted me to buy a product and put it in one of those small item carriers for me like I cant make my own decisions or shop for myself. As a grown woman, I brushed her attitude off, and her ugly impression and continued to buy what I tried on and dropped over $45 on product b/c I love Sephora. Sephora seriously needs to work on their employees please! This is definitely my last trip to this location and advise future customers to go elsewhere (as someone who works in customer service).

I went in completely clueless, and was approached by Desiree, who went above and beyond to get me what i needed. i felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything, and listened very closely to what i asked. She took the time to test out different things with me and was honest and gave me her personal opinion (i really appreciated this). i cant give this girl enough credit! at the end of they day when i finally found what i wanted, she provided me with the samples of the products i liked and sent me home to test them out for the week. I LOVED THIS! (No need for me to buy the $40 dollar foundation for a test run) needles to say, i went back because the products she provided me with were a success! I loved the customer service, definitely going back!

I came looking for about ten things that I had saved on my wish list online. After spending a short time looking for one thing it became obvious I was going to take a long time to find everything. A manager approached me to see if I needed help and I told her if she could help be locate all the items. I handed her my phone and she without a doubt took it and started locating every single item. She was very friendly and happy to help me. While she was doing that I had a couple of questions with a contour palette and another friendly employee answered my questions.I was in and out with in minutes. This is the closest location to me and at first I had my doubts how it would be cause of the location its in but I was pleasantly surprised!!

Love Sephora, but this is the worst location Ive ever been too (comparing to Houston, Salt Lake, Las Vegas, Denver, Albuquerque). The staff is rude, well there was only one girl in the whole store. Bought a few things there, but they didnt apply it to my account, even though I gave them my phone number, so I didnt get any rewards points for a $300 purchase, which is important for me, because Im trying to upkeep my vib rouge status. They also dont accept returns at this location of products they dont carry (and they carry so few, even not most popular ones), which is ridiculous. Just would suggest you go to a different location.

Wow! I LOVE this place! Have been to different makeup stores like mac and ulta and neiter of them have i received a great customer service like today! Extremely satisfied with my purchase! I would most definitely come back here! Ezekiel was extremely helpful and really explained how the product works and even gave me a chance to finish my makeup! No other place does that.

Worst customer service ever!! I asked her for help and she told me she would be with me soon I waited forever and she never helped me. So I ended up picking my own foundation. Arent you suppose to be an advisor? cant even put the customer first. Definitely never going back again if I have to drive to arrowhead for good customer service I will.

TERRIBLE! Employees are extremely rude 2 of them yelled at my friend and I for wearing makeup without purchasing! Are you serious? Obviously we need to try out the makeup before purchasing. They asked if we were gonna buy something and we said yes, yet one of of them gave us attitude "This is not your house". We never went there again.

I went to the Sephora inside Arrowhead mall seeking a foundation that would match my skin tone. I was given the absolute worst color. My skin looked orange. I came to this location and Yvette was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the right tone and even gave me a sample of the primer she used on me.

desiree was sooo nice i swear she picked out like 15 different shades of foundation for me ! First time ever going into sephora and the girls there were SOOO NICEEEEE. Note: I was in sweatpants and t shirt wearing ZERO make up lol and they were all so friendly.

Honestly I came in here expecting to get crappy service but it was the complete opposite. Employees actually acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. I loved the service I received and I also love how you get a free gift on your b day.

I love this Sephora so much, the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Theyre also really knowledgeable and are so easy talk to about what products are and general questions, they dont make you feel dumb.

The workers are super rude! They hate when you ask for samples and they dont answer your questions they brush you off (I probably know more than them anyway). I always come here because its closest to me.
