I called Bare Minerals in a professional capacity to obtain the name of the health care on an employee-just an insurance name! I gave my name as well as the doctors name. I talked to the manager, Shirley, and was treated with disrespect to say the least. I could not give the name of the employee as I am bound by the restrictions of HIPAA. If this is how a store manager treats people look for this store to fail! RUDE would be an understatement! This manager need to go!

This location at Fashionplace Mall has always been the most helpful and friendly location in Utah.

I would definitely stay away from this place, the return policy is terrible. I think the products are fairly good, but I tried to exchange a foundation that didnt match my skin tone, and they wouldnt help me since I had used the product. You might as well go to Sephora - its in the same mall, and they have an excellent return policy.
