Really bad service. I went in looking to buy some gifts for the holidays with a friend. We are both hispanic and she is a bit darker than I. We were walking towards the facemasks and a shorter asian worker asked me if i needed help while a girl with her hair up(She has purple hair tips and a tattoo on the back of her neck), pointed to us, signaling that we were about to steal. They didnt think I saw but i did and it was disgusting, I felt horrible. Just read the other review about someone else being targeted and this is frustrating. How can you be so incredibly rude? How can you assume just because Im hispanic that i dont have money and will steal. I still bought the eyeliners not because i loved this shop but out of convience only. BEWARE and be prepared to be a suspect.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 10 STARS MY EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY MORTIFYING!! I HAVE A NERVOUS TICK THAT MAKES ME TWITCH I ALSO LIKE TO HOLD THINGS IN MY HAND AND FLICK MY THUMB ON WHATEVER IT IS IM HOLDING .SO IM ASSUMING THATS HOW I WAS LABELED A THEIF BUT BETTER YET THEY SAI I ATTEMPTED TO STREAL SOMETHING WTF??? I WWRNT INTO THAT PLACE LOOKING TO SPEND A FAIR AMOUT OF MONEY AND THATS HOW THEY TREATED ME I EVEN OPENED MY PURSE, ASKED TO SEE THE CAMERA FOOTAGE WHERE IT SHOWS ME "ATTEMPTING TO STEAL" AND THEY JUST TOLD ME TO LEAVE LIKE SOME SORT OF TRANSIENT!! IM ENRAGED AND WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

I probably go to Sephora in Town Square 3-5 times a month but thought to stop in to this Planet Hollywood location to buy the expensive cream T.S location let me sample. For 1, it was priced at $60 but apparently was misplaced and it really cost $75 which I informed them they might want to change. For 2, no one to ring me up. 3, when I asked to sample a teeth whitener they informed me I had to put it on there but couldnt because I was drinking a Fat Tuesday drink. All in all I felt more of a bother to them rather than a good customer that I am! Skip this location and go to another one where they enjoy their job!

The rooms were amazing!!! We just stayed in the cheapest basic room but it was anything but cheap. The beds were so comfortable that when I went home I ran out and bought one!!! The pillows were awesome amazing. The bathrooms were spacious and the service was great. My only complaint was the buffet in the hotel. Dont waste your money on this one and go for a different buffet. But I will be staying in the Aria again!!

Very poor the manager and workers keepet looking at us as if we were going to steal something honestly i had never felt so uncomfortable ever in my life the fact that my friends and I were trying on makeup to see what look good to buy and still got something wasnt worth going back there ever in my life worst place for us to go there...we love the one in costa mesa :/

This is heaven for anyone who loves make-up and beauty products! They are all over America but the one in Vegas is the biggest and best Ive been in. Its beautiful and everyone who works there is really lovely and helpful. They also have a really great return policy. :)

Had a blast in this Sephora. The staff was super helpful. They even accommodated our request for makeup applications, and set us up with a super talented make-up artist from Make Up For Ever. Exceptional!
