The staff is amazing, particularly Jill and Audrey. I was recently in the store shopping for a friend and was a bit out of my element. Jill diligently explained all of the various bath bombs and related products, including patiently describing some of them more than once as I was a bit slow on the uptake/had trouble keeping all of the different scents straight. And that was before we got into the logistics of potentially shipping a gift across the country, discussing which bath bombs were least likely to be damaged during shipping, and the pros and cons of a prepackaged gift set vs assembling a unique assortment. During which Jill continually had answers at the ready, addressing each and every concern. She also made additional product recommendations that were exactly inline with what I was looking for - this was based off of asking me pertinent questions, not any sort of "salesy" approach. When it came time for discussing how the various products could be bundled as a gift before being boxed for shipping, she pointed out a scarf that could be used as an impromptu bag. While Jill individually wrapped each product in tissue paper, complete with hand labeling the products by name on the printed out product use instructions, Audrey set to work with turning the entire assortment into a beautifully bundled presentation in the scarf. Both women were immensely helpful, engaging, and humorous. As a business owner myself, these are the exact type of employees I seek to have represent our brands. In fact, if any of our properties had a retail location in Las Vegas, then I would have been inquiring about their potential availability. To the management at Lush: you have a couple of employees on hand that are a real asset to your business. I, truly, hope that you take care of them as well as they took care of this particular customer.

STAFF HERE ARE VERY SNOTTY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. when we entered the shop nobody greeted us and the staff are very obvious in avoiding us. my mom have to flagged somebody down to show her the bath soap she is interested in. when I asked a sales associate if she can show my daughter the difference between a bath bomb and a bubble bar she said "only if she has samples she can show" and went assisting a couple who did not even buy a single thing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. THEY ONLY CATER TO PEOPLE WHO ARE PALE

I came in a total newbie and was patiently helped as I tried to find a match for me and my overly sensitive nose! Amazing customer service! I left with 2 beautiful and great smelling bath products and they even gave me 2 large samples. I cant wait to try them but Im already sure Ill love them!!

Great customer service, great bath bombs and great everything! Yes that was a little dramatic, but they did help me wholeheartedly and patiently. After purchasing their bath bombs, I am hooked! It smells so nice and looks beautiful, especially the one that has glitter in it.

Awful service. Was not greeted at all and nobody helped. When I was looking at bath bombs one of the employees pushed me out of the way to help someone else. Im usually really lenient with people who work retail but the service was absolutely unacceptable.

I always love to go to Lush store. Theyre always colorful and the staffs are always friendly. I tried the sex pink bath bomb and it was a different experience! This store is inside Mandalay Beach resort. Not accessible from the outside.
