Friendly staff, great sales, decent selection, lots of coupon options (get the app!), nice layout. This is my go to place for colored cardstock. They have great bundles of value packs. Not a big as Hobby lobby, so not much Home decorating items, but sometimes better prices with coupons. I love that sometimes the cashier has a better coupon for me than what I have and applies it to the purchase! Makes me feel like a valued customer!

Really enjoy the selection and have enjoyed taking a crochet class there. They have wonderful sales. Customer service has always been very good. Its worth it to subscribe to Michaels YouTube channel and watch tutorials for crafting and art ideas, Ive learned so much from that, particularly working with acrylics.

Great selection of quality art and craft supplies, good selection of florals. It is the staff that keep me coming back; every time I visit, each cashier has been extremely accommodating with coupons and often offer better ones to save you money. The canvas sales are some of the best anywhere. Great place to go

Visited during busy holiday rush and was disappointed to find multiple items out of stock by early December, and other items that appeared clearly to be returns and damaged on the shelf. Doorbuster prices are good, but inconsistent. Employees were friendly and helpful and had a small coupon when I asked for it.

The Michaels here in Racine WI is what you would typically fund at any other Michaels but its the staff that make it quite nice to shop. They are super helpful when you can find someone to help you. It just feels like they are a little short staffed sometimes.
