I wish I could give negative stars on this review. The store manager is very rude and belittled his employee on the sales floor in front of us . I could not believe what he said to that female employee!!! She looked so upset. So much for a Christian owned store. Furthermore, a customer in front of me in line at the checkouts wanted a discount on a broken item. When they called him up, instead of being professional he was completely rude and short. I will never shop here again. Get a new store manager at this location Hobby Lobby!

AGAIN !! Its really disappointing that the manager of this and the Kenosha store feels the need to have the music so LOUD :( Such a great variety of items to shop for and you cant stay in the store long enough to shop for them. Also saw Mr. Frank waltz in this afternoon and never even said Hello to the staff - thats just plain RUDE ! Unfortunately its the only store that carries some of the fabric I need or I most certainly wouldnt step foot in the place !

This place has a great assortment of projects, decorations, etc. But they only get 3 stars for not being open on Sundays. Sure, its the Sabbath.. its also 50% of the time most working people have to out shopping. They lost a lot of business because of this.

Disappointed. I was having a hard time shopping with my 4 and 2 year old and my son took one of those toys by the register and broke it. Lady saw I was distraught and still made me pay for it. Maybe they shouldnt have those by thr register.

Poor customer service at checkouts. They are very inconsistent and shuffled us between lines and then closed the lane they wanted us in. They need better training and to have a plan.
