I went to Jo-Ann fabrics today and I asked for help and all the lady putting back fabric did was tell me the fabric I was looking for was with the linens. I found what I needed without these ladies assisting me. The lady that cut the fabric only answered me because I pressured her into answering. I did think I was being overly sensitive but after we left my daughter said she just did not want to help you but she had no problem at all assisting the woman that came up after I left. I will not be shopping at this Jo-Ann location anymore. The selection was not the greatness. I asked about coupons and she did not answer, so I asked again and still nothing. This is really poor customer service.

I had a terrible experience at the store yesterday. I got plastic for a dining room table the girl that was there had no clue what a yard was and how many feet there were in a yard. She was trying to tell me that 6 feet was 3 yards. She cut my plastic crooked. I told her 3 times that she was cutting it crooked and she ignored me then she folded it and put creases in it instead of rolling it. I asked for another piece and I was ignored and I was not given another piece. I told the girl at the front desk and she said oh well hopefully everythings okay. Terrible terrible service.

Super nice,helpful employees. Nice selection. Frustrating that you rarely have the opportunity to use a 40 or 50% off coupon because there is always some sort of lowball percentage off of the merchandise
