Just leaving Micheals for my 11 year olds first Duct tape class. We arived 20 minutes before class started . We waited an additional 30 minutes for the teacher to arrive, but she never did. We did not have a pleasant experience at that Michaels. My daughter left the store in tears. That is really heartbreaking for a parent. I would not recommend this Michaels for that class.

A brand new Michaels Craft Store in Evergreen Park! The Ford City location on Cicero Ave. recently relocated to this newly built Evergreen Park strip-mall this past month. Its a much bigger space and better layout for everything you need to get your craft on! They still offer framing services, classes, and coupons.

I signed my daughters up for a class yesterday. When they tried to attend, they said we never signed up. Then thdy said we were supposed to buy supplies they never mentioned the day before. When they got that straight, they said my 13 year old had to be 14. They eventually accommodated us.

Its a nice micheals the staff not very helpful. The last visit I ask if they had a other model kit because the one that was on the shelf was open with parts miss they told me to look in the bins under the rack, which is cool if I worked there but I dont.

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are polite and helpful. I booked the arts and crafts room for my daughters paint party, and it was a hit. There are always coupons available if you get on the mailing list, and plenty of parking.

Michaels has framed 2 portraits and they were done by employees who took their time helping me to identify the wood frame and background to bring out the colors in the pictures. I was extremely pleased and have received nothing but compliments

Never any help in the isles for questions lines are always too long...i went there 5 times for help with silk flower arrangement for my wedding with no luck...spent 428$ on fresh instead

Always friendly customer service in a good selection of a variety of things for my needs however I wish they had more of a sewing section with fabric selections and things of that nature
