Last week I was looking for some party decorations, and to my luck there was no worker on the floor to help me so I just consulted my good old friend, Pinterest. The second time I went, I was looking for some wood stands, and yet again, was disappointed to find out they only had 2. I was able to find an employee, but she confirmed whatever was on the shelves is everything they have in stock. Customer Service should definitely improve!

I love this Micheals! Theres one closer to my house but this is my go to for crafts. Its brand new so the layout of the store is so concise and its so nicely organized! And its in a neat plaza with other stores close by.
