A friend of mine who isnt very computer savvy finally saved up his money to buy a gaming PC. He went to this PC store after reading some good reviews and they ended up selling him an $800 "custom built" computer. When he got home he was excited and showed me what he received, I was immediately sceptical and decided to look up the parts individually on amazon that were in the computer, just to find out that what they sold him was actually worth no more than $500. Not to mention it was not "custom built" like they said, it was an asus pre built computer and they didnt even give him the right case that they said they would. Terrible and shady store, would not recommend going if you arent knowledgeable in computers

Above and beyond service; my son purchased components for a high end gaming machine online and some at Milwaukee PC, but was hesitant to build it alone. Milwaukee PC offers assistance for around $50. The employee helped my son build the PC but didnt do it himself. So, it was an excellent learning opportunity. "Legos for adults," we agreed. When we finished the build and had problems that quick troubleshooting couldnt resolve, the employee kept the pc, fixed it, and called us back when done.

I needed to get an internal battery replaced on a Toshiba laptop that was not holding a charge. The battery was internal so it was a little too tricky for me to try myself. I ordered the battery on Amazon and brought it in. They replaced it right away for under $50! In contrast, Best Buy Geek Squad was quoting nearly $200. Milwaukee PC provided A+ service all the way.
