DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM PCNATION! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM PCNATION! If you do, you may end up having to go through the below noted. Purchased GPS unit, and would be the last purchase of any kind from PCNation. Amazon or Ebay all the way, NEVER FROM INDEPENDENT RETAILERS! 1. The first GPS unit sent didnt work out of box. Spent two days attempting to remedy the situation with no success. 2. Called PC Nation, and customer service representative placed a call to Garmin technical support. Technical Support representative from Garmin diagnosed the unit defective. 3. PCNation advised to ship the unit back to them at my cost even though it never worked out of box. After a 10 minutes making the case, the representative, advised they will provide a credit for shipping costs for any future orders with PCNation. 4. Ordered another GPS unit of same model from PC Nation. Unit arrived with incorrect power cord! 5. Contacted PCNation, and was shipped the correct power cord in two days. THEN....it got interesting..... Arland Ross, who claims to be the manager or Supervisor wants to have a discussion. He advised the unit that was originally returned was tested by them and it works fine. What a miracle! I tried for two days, left it plugged into the computer for two days to charge the battery and it constantly went through an endless reboot cycle! His words were as follows: "Anyways, I spoke to a Garmin Support Rep. I asked her to locate the information from the prior call from earlier in the week and she unfortunately was unable to locate anything. I explained the circumstance whereas the unit would not work while in your possession and that after charging it when we received it, it worked fine. Her feedback was that she was unsure why this would be the case. I did ask about the issue related to charging the unit. She said that she personally does suggest charging the units for a minimum of 8 hours. As you took the time to conference with Garmin Support and the rep on that call apparently did not suggest anything related to trying to leave the item charging, we have issued a full refund for the original order." QUESTION for ARLAND Ross: Where in the Garmin manual thats provided with the unit does it advise to charge the unit for 8 hours???????? PCNation needs a lesson is Customer service. If youre going to treat customers like criminals and your sole purpose is to prove the customer wrong, then youre not lose more customers than youre going to gain. This entire episode with PCNation took five days. Was it worth it? NO. This was my 10th GPS unit, and the last purchase ever from PCNation!

Placed order on website. They offered free 3 day shipping and ship same day. A week later my order still had not shipped and entire week the website listed item as in-stock. Speaking with on-line chat customer support, they ensured my order would go out that day. Following day, order still had not shipped. Called the 1-800 number and spoke to sales rep to cancel order who stated he would cancel it and ended call. A few hours later, order had not been cancelled. Emailed customer service and asked to cancel order. Instead of cancelling, they ensured me it would ship that day because they just got the item in stock. So either they dont update stock on their website, or were finding an excuse. This statement came in an hour before their shipping cut-off according to their website. When their shipping cutoff came and went, the order was still listed as "processing" I asked to cancel the order again through email. It was finally cancelled after 3 requests to cancel.

I gave PC Nation 4 stars- the shipping was fast, the product came as described and the price was good... so why not 5 stars? It was the weirdest shopping experience ever. I clicked buy now and the screen went blank. No email to confirm purchase. Next day I email and ask order status. No response to that mail but I did receive another mail from them stating they received my order but with no order number, no confirmation number and they didnt identify what I ordered; just, "we received your order" The I get a call from a customer service rep because this is my first order. His caller ID says "Elite Blind Company" Now, Im sure Ive been scammed. I call back and get a manager who confirms my order, sends me an order number and assures me the product is ready for shipping. 12 hours later I received a tracking number and the next day I got my camera. In the end it worked out but it was an ordeal.

Bought a couple of monitors from them. After a week of confirming and reconfirming my email address etc. I was assured that the monitors were being shipped yesterday. I called them today to get the status and they informed me that they dont have the product in stock and are will not getting any more of it, hence they are cancelling my order. Very poor service.

You walk in and are greeted as if you were staying overnight as a guest. The layout is clean and well organized, not cluttered and cramped with as much as possible like most big box retailers. Great PCs, printers, and an awesome camera section. Above all the staff was extremely knowledgeable especially the Australian guy there named Shane.

Thank you to PC Nation for probably the BEST customer service I have ever received. They spent time helping me research the best product for my business and then when I received poor customer service from that product company, they stepped in and went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I will 100% order from PC Nation again.
