DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My phone had water damage. When I dropped it off it was "important" to sell me an overpriced case.Took it overnight to be picked at 8:30am the next morning.. It was not finished and was upset because I did not receive a phone call and was going to be late for work. He did offer to drive it to my job however I am on appointments and am not in my office usually. . I explained it is used for my job and expressed the urgency. Went back at lunchtime and they could not fix it. Did not call me again. I expressed that I was angry and wanted my phone. I was told to get the hell out and that I was useless. He must have worked really hard that day. It will not dial when I use the bluetooth in the car. Im afraid to call them to tell them. I will contact Apple and make sure their certification is revoked. Unreal!!!

I was struggling with de-soddering the inverter from the power supply of my LG monitor. Dan warned me that my failed attempts at heating up the sodder might have already caused damage. He was a very conscientious technician who gave me all sorts of information that I requested on how to sodder. In the end I still had him do the soddering for me because I was up to the gills using my crappy sodder tool/wick from Radioshack. He followed up with me later via email because he was curious as to whether I was able to reassemble my monitor and have it all working. It worked! Incredible customer service. Hes a very gracious resource who is completely willing to answer questions.

BEWARE!! Called for a quote on my cracked cell phone screen. Tec I spoken with told me a quoted priced. Told them I would be in later that week to have my phone repaired. When I arrived I had spoken with a new tec that quoted me a total different price. Tec that quoted me over the phone wasnt there so I had spoken with the own Daniel Bath.. big waste of time. He was so rude, unprofessional and wouldnt honor the first quote or even work with me. Tecs are very nice.. owner is a joke and doesnt know how to run a business he seemed to be a complete scam artist and will never return again. I advise people to search for true professionals!

We found TEK while google searching to find someone to fix out ipad glass. We talked to the owner and he said we could bring it in right away and would have it fixed by the next morning. This was a Saturday drop off and a Sunday am pick up. We were very impressed with the excellent service, the GREAT prices and the quick turn around. It was a five year old Ipad and it looks like new! Thank you TEK guys! We highly recommend this business. (by the way, they charged us $89 to replace the glass, the Apple Store charges $250 for the exact same service and it takes a couple of weeks!)

I got my laptop screen and phone screen replaced here on separate occasions and the service was great both times. It was a fair price based on the cost of the replacement parts and labor. I called first then brought in my stuff in to have them take a look. We agreed on a pick up time and it was done on time both times, a few hours for the phone and a couple days for the laptop (got new software put in too). Overall it was a huge money saver as new Macs are over 1200$ and I got mine fixed for a small fraction of that. Would definitely return again.

I would highly recommend Tek 365. I had a 2010 Macbook Pro that was acting wonky. Lots of people wont work on Macs. He was nice, very prompt (same day) and very very reasonable. I am a techno-idiot but he explained everything in a way I totally understood. He was also very honest about things I needed and things I didnt. He would tell me things he could possibly do to tweak it but was honest in telling me that I really didnt need it. He updated things for me and even put a temperature icon on it. Totally recommend.

First, be aware that the Google marker is currently incorrect (I have submitted an edit) - the current location is actually between 121st and 119th. My experience here getting an iPhone 6 screen replaced was outstanding. Saved around $40 compared to what I was quoted at uBreakiFix and was in and out in 20 minutes. This guy relies on word-of-mouth advertising to keep his costs low, so tell a friend and check it out next time an iron kettlebell tips over onto your phone screen.

Anyone in the IT services industry would walk in, take one look at this place and know immediately it is a joke. Please do yourself a favor and dont get swindled by Tek365. It is best to first contact the manufacturer of your machine to find out if it is under warranty. If so, good deal! If not, just remember you get what you pay for. Unfortunately in the case of Tek365, you get much, much less than you pay for.

I thought I was calling the previous company that replaced the battery in my daughters iPhone 6 a few months ago, but apparently they are gone and the call went to Tek365. Dan was extremely helpful. Stayed late until we could arrive, replaced the battery for half the cost, and gave her a replacement screen protector. Quick, efficient, fair priced. I would definitely recommend Tek365 to anyone in need of repairs.

Called about damaged iphone and he said he could be with me the next day around 9, by the time I called shortly after 9 (when he said he would get in), he said he was already gone for the day. He said he could repair my phone but he wanted to charge me aprox. $25 dollars for him to travel to where he was supposed to be in the first place.

Took my IPHONE in for service (that took several tries for the simplest work with the mall guys at Brookfield Square). Tek365 had great service and advice. Would definitely deal with again. Really beats the pants off the mall guys that dont know anything! Thanks for the help Tek365!!!

I did not find my dealings with Dan, the owner of Tek365, either straightforward or honest. I needed to call multiple times for updates on my machine over a period of weeks and the problem is still not solved. I highly recommend not taking any of your computing devices to Tek365.

Im so glad I came to tek365 to get my iPhone 5s screen replaced. My phone was fixed within 10 minutes, and it looks brand new! Competitors charge much more, so you cant beat the price. I would definitely come back and I would highly recommend this place to everybody.

Did a good job, fixed my Samsung S6 camera lens for $20 parts and labor. He misquoted me the price over the phone because he thought I had an S5. The S6 requires more work but honored the quoted price. I was in and out in 20 minutes

Great work. Dan went out of his way to help fix my iPod touch. TEK365 had best price and was the only business to return my call. The Business hours are good. I would defineately do business again with TEK365.
