I would give negative stars if I could. PC repair took $105 when my mom dropped off her laptop for a cleaning and to update antivirus. They said this would take an hour. After having her computer for a few days, they said something was wrong and they needed more money. They were not able to describe the problem. I went into the store to get the computer and they were sitting around with 2 dogs in the office. They acted like they did not know who we were, then got our computer from a back room. They looked in their computer refusing to acknowledge we already paid them. They refused to refund the money after we explained to them I did not get what I paid for, the antivirus was not updated. We called the bank and sure enough the payment was pending to them. I had to pay $35 through my bank to cancel the pending payment.

Michael went above and beyond to help me. I took my laptop in there with a problem with the fan. They will even rent you a laptop for $35 while theyre fixing your computer. Ive never heard of that before. But I wound up buying one of his laptops instead of fixing mine because this was a much better one in much faster and mine was quite old already and I trusted Michael completely. I really dont understand these bad reviews. I guess time will tell but as of right now I would definitely go back there and I would recommend recommend Michael to all my friends. He did a great job.

I was having some major issues with my PC and was intrigued by their free estimates offer. They quickly diagnosed the issues and we figured it probably wasnt worth the $$$ to fix because of extensive motherboard problems. They did a data transfer in exchange for our tower. Overall, very happy with the service and level of professionalism with the technicians. One detail they may have overlooked was a confident and more professional receptionist. A couple times when calling, I was greeted with only a Hello." which is not something I would expect when calling a business.

I checked out PC Repair and they were very friendly. They offered to check out my computer to help me find out why it was so slow and did a free estimate. Other places I checked out wanted from $50 to $70 bucks just to look at it. Thats a rip off!! They called me the same day and told me it was an easy fix of just removing programs I dont use and a cleaning. They even showed me the tower and it had dust all over it and where I can check to see programs that I didnt even know my kids had put on. Now it run great!

I felt as if I was taken advantage of. Something just didnt seem right so I decided to take my computer elsewhere. I have a little background in computers so I know what they were telling me was not the issue. I took my computer to someone else and got it fixed for half the price. PC Repair and Networking wanted to charge me $200 for a new hard drive and more money to save the data. The other place did a system restore and got my computer back to normal for $50. I should have listened to the other reviews.

Had a great experience here, the hard drive on my computer had been clicking for a few months now and I never thought of taking it into a repair shop until my sister had her laptop fixed here. Their prices are so reasonable and the owners are some of the most reliable people Ive met. Fun and easy-going business. Will be coming back here for all of my computer fixing needs!

I went in there part shopping. I needed memory badly for my system. They said they had it, but wouldnt sell it to me, unless I had them put it in. They wouldnt sell me anything unless they installed it. I went to Milwaukee PC and got what I needed no fuss. I guess making no money is better than making some, and an empty-handed customer walking out makes you nothing!

After waiting several months waiting for another PC repair guy to remove a virus from my PC that was under his warranty, I got fed up and took my PC to PC Repair. I received nothing but excellent service, and the man I worked with was patient and kind while teaching me. Prices are competitive and I plan on using them in the future for all of my PC repair needs.

Save your money. Get a 2nd opinion before costly repairs from here. Dont believe them with warranty guaranties - they wont honor them, or add on so many costly unneeded items, you cant afford it. They are overpriced, add on repairs you dont need, and you will never walk out with smaller, money saving jobs done.

I had a Ransom ware virus on my Dell laptop. Mike was able to help me out. It took two days and I am back online. Service was excellent, cost was worth it and time frame was exactly what they told me. Great staff and very pleased. Will recommend to my friends! Thank you!

Not very professional. I would not come back here the store is old looking and the guy who runs it seems like a downer. Not very friendly. Service took a while and the prices are not that great to where i would return.

The place is outdated at best. If you have a computer from the 90s they will be able to fix it. I would not trust this place at all. Crappy business
